Dear valued PawSpa customers,

In light of the recent dog respiratory illness outbreak, we want to assure you that the health and safety of your beloved pets, still remains our top priority. We understand the concern and care you have for your furry friends, and we are taking extra precautions to ensure their well-being during their time with us.

Enhanced Cleaning Protocols: Our sanitization procedures include 2 different antiviral cleaners throughout our facility. Kennels, mats, and water bowls are cleaned in-between each pet. Our tables are also sprayed down as well High-touch surfaces and commonly used areas are regularly disinfected to minimize the risk of transmission. Furthermore, we have an airscrubber, that filters through 3 Hepa filters, that is continually cleaning the air in our kennel room

Health Screening: For the safety of all pets in our care, vaccines are required, unless the pet is medically unable, or has a titer test done. Upon check in, we are looking for signs of respiratory illness and will continue to monitor pets while in our care for any signs of respiratory illness or other symptoms. If noted we will immediately isolation and notify owner.

Separation Protocols: As is our standard, all pets (unless within the same family) are all kept sperate, within their own kennels. Not only does this insure the safety of your pet, but it also allows us to disinfect in-between pets and minimize the spread of germs

Communication: We are committed to keeping you informed about any developments related to the outbreak and its impact on our services. If there are any concerns or changes, we will communicate them promptly.
