Meet Zell Dincht the True Hypo Male Western Hognose Snake. 😁
He is tiny right now, but we can't wait to see what he has in store for us in the future. He is an absolute menace as he has incredible energy but also the appetite to match it.

We are doing our best to start our breeding for them in 2024!
Here is our starting lineup!
Gene pool is obviously Lavender both 100% het and visual, but we also have Arctic, Anaconda and Sable to make some interesting combinations!🥳

Our first Hognose pip of 2023! Such an exciting clutch too! Mother is Harribel our grey fog (Arctic SuperConda) x Father is Naofumi our Arctic Sable. Every baby in this clutch will be Conda and 100% Het Sable but will they be Arctic/SuperArtic/none? Such an interesting pattern start on this hatchling! We will keep you updated

Today is their 1st Birthday!
Mary Ann and Rikuo were the 3rd clutch of 2022. June 13th was their pip date; when we saw their little faces for the first time.

Today is their 1st Birthday!
1 year old today, the 1st clutch of 2022 was Ahsoka and Stripe Spiegel's.
Starts with the picture of their Heritage Danger Noodle Bowl just hatched and shed; while the rest are updated photos of those we have left!
It's always interesting to see how the colors and patterns age up over time. 🥳✈

ToffeeBelly is a recessive gene sometimes known as Albino light. In truth, it is a type of albinism. Unlike the named Albino morph that is T-, the ToffeeBelly morph is actually a T+ Albino type.
ToffeeBelly is also known in some circles to be prone to paradoxing; which means black flecking or spots will show up even when no black melanin should be present.
Below are examples of visual ToffeeBelly snakes. These are the only 2 visuals we have on offer right now and both have the Anaconda (Conda) morph as well. Basically a reduction in the patterning along the body of the snake.
What do you like about the ToffeeBelly gene? Have you seen any of the other combinations of morphs with ToffeeBelly?

Benihime our Red Phase Conda, 100% Het Snow (Albino&Axanthic) has laid her first clutch of the year! Her pairing with Jyuushiro our Yeti (Albino&Axanthic&Anaconda) male has produced 8 large eggs that look amazingly healthy. A beautiful network of veins when candled and a strong shell layer on the outside, give us the hope all these will make it to pipping in about 55 days (end of July).

Introducing Mitsukuni! A wonderful Lemon Ghost male with a very pretty pattern and lovely yellow coloration that gets more saturated every time he sheds.
He was picked up from a friendly breeder at Repticon Nov'22. This Hognose boy is exceptional, so very handsome, and doing very well.
We are pairing him with Jubilee this year and since they have already laid several eggs we are very hopeful for his future with us. 🎇🎉

Update! Kadaj, our Axanthic Super Conda Het ToffeeGlow, was a trade completed with Ford's Hogs in 2022. Besides being a feisty little guy that we adore, he has had a lot of interest in the ladies since we started pairing this year. We sincerely appreciate the opportunity to trade with Ford's Hogs and have high hopes for Kadaj and Ahsoka to produce many interesting babies in the future. Please go check them out!

Sheik our Conda Het ToffeeBelly girl laid 16 eggs Wednesday, May 17th. Sadly it looks like we might have missed her fertile window to pair with Stripe, her beau for 2023, as all but maybe 4 eggs look to be infertile.
There is a thought that this may be retained s***m from Tomba, her beau from last year as Stripe was last paired with Ahsoka and they produced a whopping 35 sneks between them.
If we are lucky enough for these 4 to hatch. Only the pipping can tell us.

Surprise Eggs from our Western Hognose! When Jianre and her sister came back from an out of state convention and checked on the girls; Jubilee was laying eggs!! When they checked further Harribel had also laid eggs, what they suspect, was the night before!
