And more sad news. Sam, our kind, gentle, loving, furry friend has also crossed the rainbow bridge. We have cared for Sam for what feels like forever. He loved his stuffies, and we will miss him always greeting us at the door with a stuffy in his mouth. He was so gentle. When we would go outside for a walk, he would stand patiently on the top step until I had locked the door and was ready to go. As soon as I would say, "Ok", he would slowly walk down the steps...as if he knew that he shouldn't pull me too hard. I could go on and on about sweet Sammy. I become really attached to the animals I care for, and this is especially difficult for me. I have spent so much time with Sam. He will forever have a place in my heart. Rest in peace, sweet boy. You will be missed so much. 💔
