Sadie Mae is 11 yrs/29 lbs, White & Black. She is missing from the area of Scotch Pine Circle/Scotch Pine Rd. Do not call out to her or chase her!

We just cannot catch a break with the heat this summer. We are all tired of the cancelled and shortened hikes and the heat fatigue.

Some of our clients have found some help for the heat with cooling vests for their dogs. The Poodles wouldn’t dream of trying to hike without their vests from and Willa is, as always, looking fetching in ! This is not an ad (mostly because I am too Gen X to post reliably enough to ever get sponsorship). We’re just sharing the good word to help our furry friends find some coolness in these hot summer days.

We’re crossing our fingers and paws that August brings some relief but our hopes are low. Stay cool out there and check in on your friends who work outside …. We are struggling! 😂

Reminder that more dogs go missing on July 4th than any other day. Keep your dogs inside tonight. It’s not worth the risk to take them to the celebrations. We’ll be getting our fun in this afternooon and then all the dogs will be tucked away before any sky booms start! 🎆🎇🧨

A nice reprieve from the rain for a couple days! Spring has sprung and we have the allergies to show for it with all this lush green!

We’re working on our sit stays in preparation for busier trails as the nice weather continues. But Rowdy couldn’t help but be distracted by the peacock at ! At least he held the sit!!

Despite the frigid temps, we managed to get a few eager participants for the photo shoot — including the new addition to the BTH home pack, Beatrix (first photo). She has big shoes to fill after losing Ruby last fall who was always the star for my holiday photoshoots! 💕
