Formerly Estes Cattle & Exotics, we have decided to try a new venture. Backyard Events Oklahoma will offer backyard and remote event rentals and full set up for items such as small/medium canopy tents, tables, chairs, wedding arch, and lighting. We plan on adding 20’ teepee/yurt style “glamping” soon for other events.
We serve East Central Oklahoma for weddings, birthdays, graduations, baby and wedding showers, and any other get together. Packages start at $700 per 10X20 white tent/canopy that includes two 6’ tables with 16 chairs and wedding arch (with set up) and increase depending on what other equipment you’d need.
If you do not have a back yard, we have a couple aesthetically pleasing areas on our property we’d be happy to accommodate you with. We are located approximately 7 miles East of Ada, Oklahoma. Our property would be available at an hourly rate during April, May, June (Spring season) and October (Fall Foliage Season).
