DOODLE DOODLE DOO!

Attention all Doodle breed owners!! Rosie’s is extremely excited to introduce our newest groomer, Sophia Ott. She is certified and professionally trained, and has been grooming professionally for over two years.

Sophie absolutely loves to groom dogs of all shapes and sizes. Unlike many other groomers, Doodles are one of her favorite breeds. Those who own these special breeds understand how difficult it is keeping them properly groomed.

“I've always been passionate about dogs and I really love making them look and feel their best.”

Thank you Sophie, you are doing a fantastic job. You are professional with all our clients, and you have an amazing attention to detail with every groom.

We have noticed with every groom, Sophia talks to the dogs through out the whole groom, making them feel calm and safe. It shows how much she loves each one 🥰

NEW TOP GROOM

ROSIE’S would like to proudly introduce one of our team members, CATHY Reichard, (scissors down lol) as one of the best dog groomers out there!

She is a certified groomer with over 13 years of experience. She has worked with a large variety of dogs, both large and small, long and short, grumpy and friendly alike.

Prior to becoming a Groomer, CATHY served as Manager at a local kennel, where she established meaningful relationships with many of her clients and their pets.

She has lived in Birch Run for the last 20 years with her husband, her family, and her well loved pets.

We say CATHY is ‘one of the best’ because she is extremely kind, genuine, very helpful, knowledgeable, and produces high quality work.

Carol and Carter Picklemann brought in this adorable 5 month Pitbull mix named Cupid! This little puppy boy needs a home. He is deaf and is learning sign language. Carol is fostering him for the weekend.

It has been a busy summer here at Rosie’s!!! This young man named Landon is a happy new Gekko owner! Him and his Grandpa have already built an encloser.
Landon, it was a pleasure meeting you and we know the Crested Gekko is in good hands, and we love the name you gave him! Jasper!!!

Beth Weiss came by Rosie’s today for a cute little pink collar. Wait…..is that a goat??? Yes!! That is a 3 day old Nigerian Dwarf Goat named Sunny. Unfortunately her mom rejected her, so human mama Beth is doing her best to keep Sunny fed, loved and nurtured.

My job is so fun!!! This adorable 5 year old girl named Isabelle and her Daddy Steve Pickelmann were spending the day together. The two stopped in to the Pet Shop while their Lazy Dog pizza was cooking! I got a chance to have my photo with them , and Isabelle gave me lots of hugs ❤️- Rosie - Official Greeter

We have a Havanese with style!! Sharon Kuzma-Smith brought her 1 1/2 year old Havanese named Mocha in to get her decked out in a matching collar, harness and leash. She has the Lupine “Puppy Love” pattern. The Lupine brand has a lifetime guarantee, and replaces even if your dog chews through a collar or leash.

MY GRAND DOG

March 1, 2023, my husband and I officially became the new owners of Rosie’s Pet Supply, purchased from our daughter, Rachel.

My name is Jennifer Forester and my husbands name is Andrew. Rachel is our oldest daughter and we are so proud of her. Her tenacity to push through life’s challenges is indeed inspiring.

Rest assured, Rosie, my beloved Grand dog, is still our store’s Spokesdog. She absolutely loves greeting every customer and thanking them for their purchases. As you can imagine, she has an extremely busy social schedule and is not able to be in the store every day.

We finally got all of our signs updated, and continue to expand the healthy products available for your family pet.

As a family business, we truly appreciate you, for BOTH your choice to buy local AND to give your pets the absolute best the pet industry has to offer.

In the end, it’s not about how much profit a company can make. But instead, its about the positive relationships we build. It’s about how we go about caring for each other, and all the special animals entrusted to us.

Feisty and Sweet

We were lucky to have Lulu, this incredibly smart and sweet dog visit ROSIES. This breed is called a Mountain Feist.

Friendly, loving and active, these dogs will do best in a home with an active family and a decent size house and yard according to dogtime.com.

A rare breed that is both a great hunting dog and a family dog. An active dog that needs walks and playtime. Surprisingly, they’re not known to bark too much. Feist pure bred puppies are tough to find, but worth the search.

As you can see, our customer, Gary Pringle, of frankenmuth, loves his Lulu and they are a perfect match 🙂
