A note for our clients ‼️

In light of rising costs, we will be adjusting our prices starting in January 2025. If you'd like to secure your current rates for the upcoming year, we are offering the option to book all of your 2025 appointments in advance! This offer is available exclusively to clients on an 8-week or shorter schedule. 🐾

Additionally, to prevent matting and ensure the proper care of your pet, we will no longer be able to accommodate dogs in need of haircuts if they have not been seen within a 12-14 week period. If you are unsure whether or not this applies to your pup, send me a message and I will let you know!

Exciting news ‼️ I want to let all of my clients know that the changes to the daycare will not affect Bark, Rinse, Repeat. Our salon is staying right where it is! I am very happy for you Marsala, and thankful that you gave me a place to build and grow my business from. I am thrilled to welcome Kayla on her new journey, at Small Paws LLC! 🐾

Since we have had many issues related to this this week, just sharing our policy once again. Thanks for all of your support!

Ps: we are not a doggy daycare, but we are attached to one! If you need your dog to stay late or be dropped off early, message us about daycare details 🐾

‼️IMPORTANT UPDATE: Due to some pups being left with us for hours after their appointment/ our closing time, we will now be introducing a late pickup fee. **Unless discussed with me prior to your appointment** All dogs must be picked up within 30 minutes of being informed they are ready. There will be a $15 charge after 30 minutes, and $1 per minute after that. Our salon is very small, and we only have 3 kennels available at any time. As a 1 on 1 grooming salon we do our best to give our full attention to the dog we have scheduled for that time slot, and having other pups in the room can cause distress to our anxious and/or elderly furry friends, who do best in the relaxed environment we strive to provide. Thank you for your understanding!

I am sorry it has been a bit. 🐶 Some things have been up in the air for awhile. Good stuff is in the works though 🙂.
It is September, which means back to school 🏫 for our kids. It also means new group classes will be starting Sept 28 🦮.
