Petra has quite the story. Her local shelter reached out to us a year ago to see if she could have better luck in a different area. Lifehouse placed her in training with The Dog Wizard where she not only graduated, but also bonded with her trainer. Despite this bond, Petra already had an adopter waiting on her to graduate. She spent several months in a home and due to unforeseen circumstances she came back to us. A volunteer reached out to her old trainer, who lives in Texas, to let her know that Petra was back at Lifehouse. This definitely felt like a meant to be moment. A plan was made to meet in Memphis so she could continue her long journey home. Yesterday, that dream came true for Petra, and she is now a resident of Texas! Congratulations on your new life, Petra. You deserve the world. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of her journey!
