Sadly, not all customers are as lovely as you all and so, in response to an unfair and untruthful review I will be posting this text conversation so I can add a link to it in my response to said review. I will not allow my business to be bullied and slandered over not being able to get an appointment on a particular day and it is important to me that all my clients past, present and future see that good customer service is of the utmost importance here. You can make your own decision based on actual facts.

We're so excited to partner with NAWS Humane Society of Illinois to bring back "The Pack" for the third year in a row as our January ! This delicious trio of Certified Humane Angus Beef sliders topped with Queso Chihuahua, Avocado, Chipotle Aioli, Crispy Jalapeno & Pico de Gallo. A portion of every order sold will be donated to help NAWS with their mission of saving helpless animals in need.

Hi guys! It's Rhi, your friendly groomer and the owner here at Hair of the Dog Pet Spa. I haven't been posting much these days and truthfully, it's because I am TIRED!, lol. This is the busiest time HOTD has ever seen and soon, I will have to close my appointment book for 2022 entirely. I've been trying so hard to hold off and get everyone in but I realize that I can't keep pushing myself so hard.
With that being said, I am taking a much needed break and we will be closed until July 12th. Have the happiest 4th of July. Please, keep yourselves and your pets safe and I'll see everyone after the 12th!
