Its getting that time of year again when we babies are born, and we start thinking of our next Prospects!

We will have 3 fillies available by Repete Offender, out of mares who go to This Snow is Royal, Brimmerton, and Mr Illuminator.

We have one Filly available by Patawomeck and our home grown mare Leatherwood Dual (Dual Pep)

We look forward to these fillies and what they will have to offer, all have good conformation and a lot to offer in the pen as well as the breeding shed in their later years.

As we step into the new year, I’ve been thinking about everything that’s happened over the past 12 months. It’s been a year full of highs and lows, but also one of growth. It’s easy to focus on the tough times, but when I look back, I realize how much strength and resilience we’ve all shown.

Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this year—whether we’ve shared laughter, supported each other through our struggles, or simply crossed paths for a moment. Each of you has made this year memorable in your own way, and for that, I’m truly grateful.

Looking ahead to the new year, I’m filled with hope and excitement for what’s to come. Here’s to fresh starts, new adventures, and all the possibilities ahead.

We are proud to celebrate the achievements of our youth riders at Adkins Performance Horses. Today, the Ohio Horse Park hosted the NBHA Awards Banquet, where several of our riders and lesson students were recognized for their accomplishments.

Allison Mineer, pictured below, has had an outstanding 2024 season, and we are incredibly proud of her success.

Westley Pyles, who received PeeWee Champion.

Also recognized, though not pictured, are Bryleigh Kennard, Haylie Gifford, and Liam Carey, most of whom earned numerous well-deserved awards.

Congratulations to all of you! You make us proud!

This mare has been started on the reined cow horse side of life this year, and is really showing good potential. Our Story

At Adkins Quarter Horses we offer training in multiple disciplines, c**t starting, board, lessons, and taking horses in on consignment. We specialize in cow work, barrels, and ranch horse. We also have experience in hunter/jumpers, track horses, western pleasure, trail (in and out of the arena), horsmanship, showmanship, 4-H, as well as assisting with rehab due to injuries/illness or the rescue situation (we work with our local rescues). We have a full schedule year round that anyone can participate in. Between shows, horse camps, and play days, we have something for everyone. Adkins Quarter Horses is a family run operation, and we take pride in being a small business being built from the ground up. We treat each horse and client as if they were our own, and hope to see you (and your equine friend) soon!

** Note: We do provide horses for those that do not have their own, or would just rather ride ours!
