Saddle Ridge is set on 28+ acres of mountains,fields and trails; staffed by a friendly, warm-hearted group of professionals. All of our lesson and training programs provide positive and comfortable, yet challenging lessons to improve the riders' and horses' abilities.The entire staff continuously strives to maintain and enhance the facility to provide our clients with services they come to expect.
Directions to Saddle Ridge Riding Center:
When following GPS directions, upon turning onto Shadow Ridge Road continue straight, as this road becomes our driveway. Follow RT 208 North to the Summit Ave/Franklin Lakes Exit. Follow the exit to the stop sign and make a Left. Continue to first traffic light and make a Left onto Franklin Ave. Continue to first traffic light, and make a Right onto Pulis Ave. Travel approx. 2 miles and make a Left onto Shadow Ridge Rd. You will see a Large Sign: Saddle Ridge Horseback Riding Area. Follow road all the way up hill to our entrance. From Route 17:
Take Route 17 North to Ramapo College/Rt. 202 Exit. Follow the exit and make a Left at the Stop. Follow Rt 202 past the college, through the traffic
light and make a Left onto Darlington Road. Proceed 1/4 of a mile and make the first Right onto Campgaw Road. Follow Campgaw Rd till the end and make a Right onto Pulis Ave. Proceed 1/4 of a mile and make a Right onto Shadow Ridge Road. Follow all the way up hill to our entrance. From Route 287
Take Route 287 North to 208 South. Take the Colonial Road Exit off of 208 South. Follow the exit to the Stop sign, and make a Right. Continue to the next Stop sign and make a Right onto Colonial Rd. Go to light and make A Right onto Franklin Ave. Follow Franklin Ave. to First traffic light and make a Left onto Pulis Ave. Proceed approx. 2 miles and make a Left onto Shadow Ridge Road. Proceed all the way up hill to our entrance.
