Life is full and blessed. Our son married the love of his life, I gained a daughter for the first time, and got to party with my out of town and local family.
On to farm life:
🐐Tootsie injured her leg and thankfully the vet says it doesn’t appear broken.
🐐❤️🐐 Time to make goat babies foe next spring❣️

Huge shoutout to Chris, Jade & Daniella, Mitchell, and Kristen for holding down the fort and taking such good care of all our fur babies this weekend.

I promise, there’s nothing like it. Now, I could be referring to happy in your heart when you snuggle a goat, or perhaps the delicious creaminess of our fresh-made specialty yogurts, This week i have Blueberry Orangecicle, Strawberry-Blueberry-Banana Overnight Yogurt Oats, Sweet Vanilla Cream Cranberry Pecan Overnight Oats, the OG of plain Yogurt that you can add whatever you want to it…or not, and some Vanilla Cream or Orangecicle. The case is full! We also have Chevre goat cheeses and even Cheese Snack Crackers made with fresh goat cheese but freeze-dried to last in your purse or backpack for a delicious pick-me-up snack on the go.
FBF Goat Park is FREE, our gift to you, & the Market is open Sundays 12-3, which helps us fund this super fun activity. Never any pressure to buy, but fresh goods available and free samples to try if you’d like. We love meeting our neighbors. Come see us!

CLOSED! We try really hard to be open every Sunday, but circumstances are just not going to allow it for this Sunday. It’s sort of a pile-on situation that has made for the perfect storm (no pun intended). I have an emergent work deadline and my usual support for this is, very unusually, not available. In addition, this weather that is moving thru is complicating things even more. It takes a bit more time and effort to keep the animals dry and taken care of in rain like this.
I have refortified Brandon’s area with 4 sides and so far so good! All the others have their barn shelter and hunkered down! Milking is a bit of a challenge in this weather as goats think rain is like acid falling from the sky😂😂😂

So even tho we will be closed this Sunday, if there are items you need, please reach out and I’m happy to make sure you’re taken care of. Let me know what you need, coordinate your pickup, and I will bring it to your car. Here is what is immediately available. Call or text to coordinate :

Apparently it’s still summer at 92 degrees today. The ducks are enjoying these summer days. Yes they have a real duck pond in the ground, but theyre loving this shiny new pool that was donated this week.
🍨 Since summer is still with us but it’s actually fall🍁, what else could I do but make Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream😋 Sweet, cold, creamy Pumpkin Pie in every bite.
🍶 Now, if getting those good probiotics in in a delicious way is important to you, you might like our pumpkin spice yogurt parfaits or smoothies. Also have dreamy Orangecicle yogurt parfaits and smoothies. And even some very berry overnight yogurt oats.
🥯 This week’s star Chevre is whole berry Cramberry mixed in, perfect on a bagel or favorite cracker. The perfect amount of salty & not too sweet😋

♿️🐐Brandon is still doing great. I fortified his night-time space this week, trying to cozy it up for cooler weather.
🌹🐐Meet Dahlia Rose. She has carpal hyperextension. It is a condition found in Nigerian Dwarfs that causes a hyperextension of their legs. It has been little known and fairly newly studied and named. Dahlia Rose has this in her front legs. She can walk and get around and is quite spunky, but you will see her kneeling a lot. She was purchased as a kid a couple years ago but it became clear pretty shortly she would not be helping to bring more kids into the world nor spend time on the milk stand. We love her all the same❣️

I cant believe it! The night before FBF Goat Park & Market day and I’m going to bed before midnight! 🎉 The cheeses & yogurts are made and I’m hittin” the hay! Whoo-hoo!
Since fall is trying to peek in early on us, ive made some pumpkin spice yogurts this week! I also have chevre goat cheese available in Plain/salted, Garlic & Chive, and Herb Medley with a kick💥. Also have Death by Chocolate and Butter Pecan Ice Cream.
It’s a pretty regular occurrence to be scurrying around till 4am Sunday morning to have everything ready for Sunday’s market at noon, but I think for the first time ever I was done before 11p!!! Well, I do need to print a few labels, but THAT will wait till morning!
Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow, Sunday, 12-3 where you can hug and snuggle a goat or just sit in the no-goat zone and watch the happy faces of those that do!
I had to break out the horse blanket for Brandon tonight. Normally goats do way better in the cool than the heat, but Brandon seemed a little cold this evening. He’s all cozied up now though!!

Kept trying to make time to w**d and clear this area on the side of our house, then I remembered, HEY, I have goats!!!!
Took about 4 days!!! Ruby, Holly, Betsy & Glory worked hard! And they fertilized the grounds as they went along! Good little goaties… My back thanks you so very much!!! 👍🏻😍👏🏼💪🏻🐐 💥

Blueberry and Lemon Yogurts made with FRESH-made blueberry and lemon curd! I was ignorant to curd about two years ago, but once I was turned on to it, I’m obsessed!! It’s basically fresh fruit, fresh eggs, and butter blended and cooked to a lovely smooth slightly thinner than pudding. It can be swirled into your yogurt, eaten just as is, or topped on ice cream or smeared on a cookie. The possibilities are endless!
We also have fresh-made Super Salsa, made with whey so you get your probiotics in with your snack!!!
It’s a little wet from all the rain we’ve had, so you may get a goat print or two. Maybe just don’t wear your Sunday best?? 😂

Appreciation post for our awesome guests and supporters❣️ We share our goats with whoever passes thru because we ourselves experience the peace and joy that comes from these creatures that God has gifted us with. So it’s especially a blessing to us to see the joy, laughter, and peace that washes over our guests as they sit back and snuggle a sleeping goat baby. 🥰
Some of you have chosen to volunteer and give of yourself here on the farm, which is, well, FANTASTIC. So whether it’s just to see that look that tells me something special is happening as you snuggle that goat or you have given to the farm in some other way, whether volunteer efforts or even just shopping in our market, WE APPRECIATE YOU ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️

FBF Goat Park & Market is OPEN for Mother’s Day! Bring your beloved mom’s, grandmoms, aunts, etc etc for a snuggle like none other.
🍫💋Come give Mom Hershey Kiss a word of encouragement as she moves towards getting more mobile (her wheels came in but we’ve ordered an upgraded harness and backend support for her wheelchair). As you can see in this video, she’s very much ready to be on the move in her chair but we need these extra parts for her complete safety and comfort.
🐐👶🏻👶🏻👶🏻 Come meet Clarabelle and her BEAUTIFUL new kids. They are just more cute than words can describe.
We will also have our bottle babies here to greet you as usual: Betsy, Glory, Benji, Courde”Roy”, Gracie, & Lacey, plus Holly Berry, and few others sprinkled in.
🚜👷🏻‍♀️🔨🔧 We’ve been working hard to improve the goat park and viewing area. We hope you enjoy it as much as we’ve enjoyed putting it together.
🐐🧀🥛This week we will have a new cheese! It’s an herbed farmer’s-mozzarella cheese blend. Great for slicing: crackers, sandwiches, salad cubes, baked potatoes, etc etc. these are available in 8oz wheels or a wedge block off a larger wheel. (Pictured on a sandwich)

CLOSED this Sunday 4/21❣️Fantastic Beiling Farm will be closed THIS Sunday 4/21 AND Sunday 5/5.
We WILL be open Sunday 4/28 and Sunday 5/12 (Mother’s Day) and every Sunday thereafter unless otherwise posted.
With that said, we continue to milk and make stuff ❣️❣️❣️ If you need anything during the week and want to coordinate a PU, I’m happy to do so! I have milk, chèvre cheese, ice cream, eggs, and guess what!?!?! MOZZ is back!!! I made mozzarella and will be making more! I have Mozzarella Pearls in herbed oil and a ball of mozz that can be frozen & shredded for pizza. All of these things can just be coordinated for PU starting Monday. Let me know if you’d like a price list.
