We are always looking for more ways to keep your pets healthy! We have recently installed 3 Air Scrubbers. These air scrubbers work through our ventilation systems to clean the air and keep your pets safe. Hello!

We are aware of the news of a mysterious illness making its way throughout the country. Vets report that this illness has many similar symptoms to Bordetella (canine cough). Coughing, sneezing, nasal or eye discharge, labored breathing, and lethargy. But it is not responding to the normal treatment for Bordetella. We of course require all dogs that stay with us to be up to date on all our required vaccines (Rabies, Distemper, Parvovirus and Bordetella), but this illness seems to be resistant to antibiotics and can lead to pneumonia.

With this being said we do not currently have any pets in our care showing these symptoms. However we do ask that (as usual) if your dog is showing any symptoms to not come to stay with us and to please report any illnesses to us as soon as possible so we can take the proper precautions.

We understand that this is a scary situation and highly recommend only bringing your pets to stay when necessary.

And as always, thank you for trusting us to take care of your pets while you are away. We love what we do and their safety is our number 1 concern!

Happy Hump Day everyone! This weather is perfect for spending time with the pooches outdoors and we are loving it!! As we are closing in on Labor Day weekend we wanted to let everyone know we will not be offering day boarding on September 4-6th next week. Monday the 4th we are closed in observance of the holiday. Have no fear all the pets in our care will still get all of their proper care! Thank you so much for all of your support!!!

We are currently on a waitlist for Spring Break (March 23-April 3). Any new reservations will be added to a waitlist and confirmed if spots become available. Please be sure your pets' vaccines are up to date and their profile on Propet (https://underonewoof.propetware.com) is completed. As always, we are so amazed by all the support and we are so lucky that we get to spend our days loving on your pets.

Happy New Year! 2023 is going to be an exciting year at Under One Woof and we are really looking forward to it! We truly appreciate all of the support we have been given since opening in 2020. We are excited to continue to care for all the doggos in the upcoming year!

As many people know we are family owned and operated which means we sometimes need to close for all of our family to be included in a special event.
On June 4th- June 10th Under One Woof will be closed for a wedding and we will not be offering boarding, day boarding or grooming on those days. We are still accepting reservations for the dates before and after.

Thank you so much for your understanding and we apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

Hello! Friday, May 20 we will be doing some recording for upcoming promotional videos for Under One Woof. We are hoping to get some footage of dogs getting dropped off and picked up as well as Drone footage of the building and parking lot. There will not be any audio on these recordings, but we wanted to give everyone a heads up. Please let us know if you do not want to potentially be on camera and we will be sure to not record you.

Starting May 15th we are adding some new pricing options. For $35/night this will include all the basic boarding options plus two 10 minute playtimes. For $45/night this will include all the basic boarding options plus two 20 minute playtimes. Any additional pets in the same suite will be $20/pet. There will still be the option to add on additional play times for those extra energetic pups. We will continue to offer the $25/night price, but that will not include any out of room play time. We recommend this option for our boarders who cannot or do not want to be handled by staff. We are also adding Frozen Stuffed Kongs to the menu for $5. Go home clean express baths will be $25 for dogs under 50lbs and $35 for dogs over 50lbs. Day boarding rates will now be $20 day and will include 2 playtimes.

These rates will go into effect starting May 15th. If you already have a booked reservation, the rates will remain the same as when you booked (unless you would like for us to change it). We will also start requiring a $25 nonrefundable deposit during peak times (Spring Break, Fall Break and Holidays). This will be subtracted from your total.

It has been brought to our attention that a pet who was in our care from Wednesday (3/23) to Thursday (3/24) is now experiencing symptoms of kennel cough. We have reached out to several vet offices in the area for what we should do in case of a potential kennel cough outbreak, and we have been assured that we are going above and beyond what we can do to help control a kennel cough outbreak.

We have removed all toys and water bowls from communal areas. We have been opening all of the doors in the building and aired out the entire building for several hours multiple times a day. We have also continued to deep clean the facility thoroughly.

We have reached out to any owners who's pets are considered high risk, and will reach out to anyone who's pets we see are experiencing symptoms. If your pet experiences symptoms after returning home, please reach out.
