Immediate opening for a full time front desk receptionist at a small but busy veterinary office in Brentwood.

Applicants must have previous experience in a veterinary clinic, knowledge of Cornerstone, and an excellent sense of humor.

Primary Responsibilities

Answer phones and greet clients warmly.
Assist in filing duties.
Reroute calls to appropriate people.
Answer inquiries about company.
Insert bills in envelopes and mail.
Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers.
Retrieve files for personnel.
Take and deliver messages.
Perform data entry.
If you have the ability to multitask, communicate well, have a friendly attitude, and love animals this may be the job for you!

Hours are Monday-Friday 10:00 AM-6:00PM.

Job Type: Full-time
