We try not to ask for help, we know things are tough for everyone, but we need help. We have had a tough kitten season. Just last week alone we had 5 kittens hospitalized at Franklin Animal Clinic for 3 days, that invoice was over $1200. We did loose one of the 5. Fast forward to Saturday and we noticed June, one of the previous hospitalized kittens in respiratory distress. We rushed June back to Franklin Animal Clinic, thank you Dr. Records 💗 and she has been hospitalized since. She has pneumonia and is in oxygen with no weaning off in sight. We wanna say yes to everything they can do for her, we are asking for any donations towards her care, we value any dollar amount sent to save this sweet girl. Thank you 💗
That’s our number from this weekends Free vaccination clinic. We couldn’t do this without our volunteers, our vet techs, our vets and the grant funding from Banfield Foundation. Our community is so lucky to have the support we have for the animals we so clearly love 💗

These sweet Girl Scouts did two neighborhood donation drives for the animals at HSJC,this was their second delivery 🙌🏻 They came for a tour and visit a couple months ago, identified ways they could help, and the rest is history 🥰 THANK YOU Girl Scouts 💗

These headlines have rung true for too long. All shelters/rescues are full and over capacity. We too have been over capacity trying to divert animals from the shelter, with solutions to food, we give food, solutions to vet care, we host free vaccine clinics, we offer transport for low cost spay/neuter services, we refer behavioral help, training help, borrow cage, give a bed, we think and offer everything we can so you can keep your animal. We get countless calls every single day needing to surrender animals, we receive pleas from rescues/shelters can we help, we have no space. We are pulled in a 100 directions everyday doing our best with what we have to care for the each and every one of them. We are a small rescue, dog capacity is limited but continually house dogs in our office, and our fosters are utilized continuously. We try to use our platform for positivity in this ever negative, often troubling field of animal welfare. We are a very small staff doing our best in the face of adversity. We are looking at the root cause of this issue, it comes down to spay/neutering and affordable vet care. Until we find the solution we will continue to fight the good fight and strive to find homes for as many as possible and show up for these animals that need us as their voice 💗
