I am super proud of Kasia Williams, the recipient of a four year scholarship at my alma mater, Mississippi State University. I believe that God has generously blessed me and in return I am able to sponsor students of the next generation through the ability to assist those who have great potential but limited financial resources.
Kasia is in her 4th and final year and will be receiving a BS in biological sciences in the spring of 2025. Kasia has maintained a 3.8 GPA and like me, got tripped up with chemistry--ha ha. She has consistently stayed on the Dean's and President's lists for her stellar academic performance.
She has assisted the football team working alongside the athletic trainers to obtain more experience in the practical application of para-medical skills.
Kasia has been actively involved with giving back to the community with her volunteer work with the Boys' and Girls' Club. Kasia is from the Delta of Mississippi and has been chosen to be part of the Mississippi Rural Physician Program where she has been accepted to enroll at one of the medical schools in Mississippi on a full scholarship in exchange for returning to her rural area to practice as a family medicine physician. The selection to be part of this program shows her character, motivation and scholastic achievement.
She is an example of a true Mississippi State Bulldog! HAIL STATE!
