Happy Monday everyone! We can not believe it is December already 😱
We have 23 days until Christmas!
A few of our groomers are booked up u until after Xmas and the others may have a few appointments sprinkled in. So if you are looking for an appointment before Santa comes, call now and see if you can get it. If we don’t have anything we can put you on a cancellation list. Grooming times can be longer than usual due to us taking extras. Some groomers jump on their days off so that means the shop will be extra busy. So please just be patient and bare with us. Expect grooms to take 3-4 hours. Ask your groomer at drop off if they have an idea for a pick up time.
**It is very important to be on time and pick up accordingly. If you are late you may be turned away.
**Last minute cancellations or no shows will be charged accordingly.

Happy almost turkey day to all of our clients! We will be closed on Thursday 28th and Friday 29th. We will be back open on Saturday 30th.

During our busiest time of year (now until Christmas) please expect groom times to be a little longer than usual. Please be patient and wait for the call or text for when your pet will be done! We can always give you a rough estimate of a pick up time at drop off.

Last minute cancellations or no shows will be charged accordingly.

There are some groomers that might have some openings for new clients but it can all depend on breed and haircut type.

Hello!
We are very close the end of summer and we have been very busy bees!
It would be wise to start thinking about booking for the holidays!
85 days until Thanksgiving 🦃
111 days until Christmas 🎅🏻

We are still not taking on new clients because our schedules are just not allowing it with how busy we are. Some groomers may make some exceptions but it’s not guaranteed.

We understand that it is not easy to get in touch with us. But it is very hard to answer phones during the day since we all take dogs just about every hour/ half hour. We do fact write down all messages at the end of the day. So just be patient with a call back. Also all of us do not work everyday so if you request a groomer just wait for them to call you back. (They could be on vacation or just have a day off)

It is very important to show up on time to your appointments since we do take dogs every hour. It can throw off our day and run into other appointments. Picking up accordingly is very important for kennel space.

We do have the 24 hour cancellation fee. We understand things happen but if you don’t show up and we can’t fill that spot our groomers do not get paid just showing up to work. Appointments are our main source of income.

Hello! We are currently experiencing a power outage in the building and are not sure when power will be back on. If you have an appointment for today it may have to be postponed. Since we have no access to phones we are using our personal phones to contact you. So if you get a message or call from an unknown number it may be your groomer! Let’s hope it’s back up and running tomorrow. We will keep you posted!

Hello everyone! We get a lot of phone calls during the day. We do not answer our phone while grooming dogs because it is a safety issue. We are a very high volume salon so it is very rare we will answer the phone during our appointments. We understand it can be frustrating but please just bare with us. We have a call log that we date and write down every message at the end of the day. Please leave us a brief message on our answering machine. Since we don’t have a receptionist we all handle calling our own clients so it may take a few days for us to get back to you if you need to change an appointment or even book one. Some of the girls do not work everyday or may be out so just hang tight for your groomer to ge back to you! You can message us on here and email us at [email protected] as well.

It has come to our attention that sometimes when you are leaving a voicemail our little announcement may get cut off. Since we were not in the shop yesterday due to the snow we had an abundance of messages and when we have a message overload our messaging system just doesn’t have enough space or may get cut off! So if this happens you can alway direct message us on Facebook or you can email us at [email protected]

We don’t have a receptionist so we call people back when we have free time. So please bare with us and be patient we will get back to you as soon as we can. And not all of us groomers work every day so if you have a particular groomer please hang tight for them to call you back. It could be a few days.
