'Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the house
Not a creature was stirring, except for Bentley,
so full of excitement he couldn't keep him paws on the ground!
With his ears perked up, Bentley raced downstairs,
Hoping to catch a glimpse of Santa and his reindeer in the winter air.
He peered out the window, his eyes wide with delight,
As snowflakes fell ever so gently in the silent night.
Bentley imagined himself frolicking through the snow,
Chasing after Santa, as he flew to and fro.
He knew it was a magical night, full of joy and cheer,
And he couldn't wait to spread Christmas love everywhere.
As Bentley settled down by the fireplace's warm glow,
He drifted off to sleep, his dreams started to grow.
He imagined a world where every pup had a home,
And no more stray animals needed to roam.
When he awoke on Christmas morn, a twinkle in his eye,
Bentley knew it was more than just presents piled high.
He knew the true spirit of the season was in his heart,
To share love, kindness, and make every day a fresh start.
So, as Bentley wagged his tail and barked with glee,
He knew this Christmas would be a special memory.
For he had found the true meaning, shining through,
And his wish was for everyone to feel it too.
