Not Dead yet!!!
All right my dear friends, I lied to you last week. I took down the Christmas tree, but didn’t get rid of it. It is still laying in the middle of my living room, one week later!! Halvah looked so sad when I was removing the ornaments and lights, I didn’t have the heart to take the tree away from her. The minute I laid it flat on the floor, she was back in it, playing and burying her toys between the branches. So here we are, one week later, still being entertained by a - beyond- dry Douglas Fir!!!! For the love of my feral Princess ❤️🐾❤️
Christmas tree 2024 farewell
Halvah’s farewell to her 2024 Christmas tree. One last round of rolling around in dry needles and twigs! Tomorrow, back to reality with a trip to the vet for a booster shot 😬🫣
Halvah has a fun run in her tree
Friday December 20th. Just when I’m about to give up on Halvah having fun with her Christmas tree, she surprises me with a big hoopla!!! I had just walked in the house from my work day so the lights aren’t turned on yet….
Sampling cinnamon crumb cake
Halvah has a sweet tooth, and is happily tasting the various baked goods gifted to me this holiday season. This is a scrumptious cinnamon crumb cake!

Saturday morning shenanigans in the Christmas tree!
Working on this summer’s grooming schedule, with the sweetest and most handsome assistant. My sweet Phoenix ❤️🐾❤️
I took an extra long weekend to travel to Pittsburgh and Erie to view the total eclipse with some friends. The sky was partially cloudy at the time to the eclipse, but we still enjoyed the beauty and magnificence of the totality and its effects on the colors of Lake Erie. Here is a short -amateur- video of the eclipse at totality. Parental warning, I do drop a heartfelt “F” word at the very beginning of the video.
I will resume grooming tomorrow, and return all messages as quickly as I can.
