NEW PROTOCOL FOR DOCTOR VISITS Long time no see!! Well, it’s time to change that! My how we have missed having you in our building! Thank you for trusting us with your fur babies the past 18 months, we were thankful every day that we were able to continue to provide our services during the pandemic. A lot of thought went towards our reopening, and we greatly appreciate your understanding as we navigate back to a normal operation. You can count on excellent care for your pet as we transition back to normal. Starting Wednesday, July 14th only patients scheduled to see a doctor will be allowed to have a pet parent come inside the hospital. However, we will continue our perfected curbside service for: * Technician appointments * Surgery/dental drop off *Clients that still prefer to stay curbside *Prescription pick A few guidelines are in place for clients entering our hospital: * All clients that enter the building will need to wear a face mask while in our building (Regardless of vaccine status), all of our staff will be wearing a face mask. If you do not have one, one will be provided for you * Only 1 family member will be permitted to accompany the patient. No one will be permitted to wait in our waiting room * You will still need to phone into the clinic upon your arrival. If you are here to see the doctor you will be given the option of coming in with your pet or receiving curbside service. If coming in, the technician will call you and have you meet her at the Thomas Johnson Drive facing door (only 1 family member). Have your face mask in place (one day, hopefully soon, that requirement will be lifted, for now please respect our requirement) * All clients in exam rooms will be asked to stay behind plexi-glass/counter when in the room and will need to stay in exam room until appointment is complete. All exits from building will be escorted to the Byte Drive facing door Please understand we will continue reviewing our protocols and know that we are striving
