*A Note we wanted to share from one of our clients*
We have been coming to care for weekly rehab for our German shorthaired pointerโ€™s injury for a couple of months now. Linda, Desi, and Dr. Mason have been incredible- so loving to our dog, attentive to his changing needs, and helpful in their recommendations with exercises and supplements to promote his healing. They do such a good job making him comfortable that he has fallen asleep while theyโ€™re caring for him multiple times! It has been a very stressful recovery period but we are so grateful for their continued care. They have also given him handmade decals for his bandage each week which are adorable and help lift all of our spirits!

Meet Dr. Michelle Mason! She is originally from Nova Scotia, Canada, and attended veterinary school in Prince Edward Island. She worked as a general practitioner before discovering rehabilitation medicine. She became certified in rehab through the University of Tennessee in 2015 and in acupuncture through the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society in 2016. Dr. Mason loves seeing her geriatric patients enjoy a better quality of life, post-op patients return to their previous activities, and neurological patientsโ€™ conditions improve. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and baking, as well as spending time with her husband, her 3 cats, George, Bruce, and Lucy, and her sweet dog Dougal.
