Finding Hearts Farm Friday Focus:
We are Thankful……We are thankful for each and every one of you, as you have been a special part of our journey. This year, we want to spotlight Slim. He gives his heart everyday. Late summer, we received a call from a local horsewoman with terminal cancer who wished for a “last ride.” Slim opened his heart and soul. We wish you well my dear lady. Thank you Slim.

Our Story

Nestled near the base of the Sugarloaf Mountain, sitting quietly on 15 acres, Finding Hearts Farm, owned by the Bazan Family, is just outside the bustling town of Urbana, located off I-270 in Frederick, Maryland. The farm's concept arose out of a desire to want to share with people the ways of connecting with a horse. Renovations to the farm began in 2016 to prepare for the community to have the opportunity to enjoy Private Riding Lessons, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, Limited Boarding, Training and Farrier Services.
