It's Shedding Season! 🐶🎀😬

In addition to shedding year-round, most dogs shed more in the spring and fall. During spring, dogs lose hair to lighten their outer coat in preparation for summer. In the fall, they shed to make way for a warmer new undercoat for winter.

For your pet’s next appointment consider adding a de-shedding treatment to their grooming. We use a special shampoo and conditioner to remove the dead undercoat. We also blowout the coat and brush it extensively.

Our Deshedding treatment is an additional cost depending on the size and condition of the dog.

We are now requiring a $25 deposit for each cat receiving a full service (bath, bath & tidy, bath and cut, etc)

We have added this requirement due to high cancellations with our cat clients. If a cat's appointment is cancelled in less than 48 hours. You will not be refunded the deposit, otherwise the $25 deposit goes towards the service!

We believe if something is worth doing, it's worth doing well. That is why we make sure to have additional staff scheduled for those appointments and it is important to try and keep those appointments as much as possible.

Thank you for understanding and helping us continue to provide the best possible care for your fur babies.

Make sure you protect their paws!!! 🐾 ☀️🐕‍🦺

Dogs have sensitive paw pads, unique coats, and different tolerances to temperatures than we do.

If your pet seems to be in distress or you have more questions about safe heat practices, please contact their veterinarian team. A lot of the heat related issues in pets can be prevented or treated early!
