Little Willow with us for the first time today. She is only 4 months old! It is never too early to start bringing puppies to the groomers. It is a chance for them to socialize, smell and hear different things, and get acquainted with the grooming process.

As a pet parent, you can help your fur baby enjoy grooming!
Here are a few things you can practice with your pup at home:
*touch their paws
*touch their face, hold their muzzle
*desensitize them to water by giving them treats in the tub or by the sprinkler
*give them treats when you turn on a blow dryer
*crate train
*give them treats when brushing

We currently don't offer haircuts for cats but we are happy to do bath and nails!
We can do a quick nail trim as a walk in service but we do ask for a call first.
We understand cats get stressed very easily so we take every precaution to make sure they feel a sense of security with us.

A few ways to keep your dog cool for the summer:
*keep them hydrated
*walk them at cooler times in the day
*use a paddling pool or sprinkler
*provide cooling mats and wer, cool towels
*make some frozen treats
*and for double coated dogs, help them shed their undercoat!
And after all that fun, bring them in for a nice freshing bath!
