Tracker de Plum Creek (Nikki x Roque) is off to a great start this hunting season. His human Trenton has shot Prairie Chicken, Snipe, Rail, ducks, doves and Woodcock over him so far. They're looking forward to pheasant and quail season opening this weekend in Kansas.

L. David from the Houston area enjoyed his puppy "Rose" out of Roque x Ozoe, on our training adventure to north east and north central Montana this September. Rose ran well, hunted hard and didn't try to eat any porcupines. David harvested Sharp Tail Grouse and Hungarian Partridge on the trip.

Mollie is fitting in to her new home in the Carolinas. She was trained as a started dog, and went home after spaying and family summer trips at around seven months old. Her new family is very happy with her training and personality.

Pepper had a litter of six beautiful black/white pups Friday night 7/26/24. Four females and two males. Jackson is the sire.

Steadiness training with our "whoa steer". Some trainers recommend whoa boards, whoa posts, barrels or elevated platforms. We utilize our steer to finish our pups on steadiness

Our nephew Jack, who has Down's Syndrome, is a true blessing. He enjoyed loving our pups, and getting lots of love and kisses in return!

L. David from Houston area visited with us for a week and spent time with trainer John Prohn and his puppy Rose. David learned how to work on his pup for obedience, steadiness and developing her natural retrieve. David's a talker, and we all enjoyed having him spend time with us learning how to help his puppy be the best dog she can be.

Our male tricolor "Obi" from Nikki x Roque born October, 2023 is a real champ in California. His owner states: "This boy is phenomenal. He's got such a great mind and drive. He learns everything within minutes and never forgets. A family emergency arose and he ended up trucking through the airport with us like he's been doing it his whole life! He's the easiest dog I've ever trained and he has such a wonderful demeanor. Thanks for breeding such good minded dogs!!"

Riley (Une Nouvelle Fille de Plum Creek) is getting along famously with her kennel sister Remy (Remy la Belle Amour de Plum Creek) and her human family Deb, Mark & their kids in Wisconsin. We enjoyed visiting with Deb and Mark when they flew down to pick up Riley and fly her home as a "Carry-On".
Riley is not "Sable", Nikki and Roque throw some unusual tricolors and are both "clear" of the sable gene as is Riley.
