A local woman who has been rescuing animals has begun the process to make it official by organizing as a 501c3. In doing so, she is set to receive needed pet supplies from a local retail company. However, she needs about $600 to complete the process. If you would like to contribute to her mission of rescuing animals, there are two ways to do that.

Our Annual Shoe Drive is Happening NOW!

While you were shopping over the weekend, did you happen to pick up a few new pairs of shoes for yourself because the prices were hard to resist? Do you now have to get rid of a few pairs in your closet to make room for the new ones? Clean that closet out and donate your gently worn shoes to BCHS!

Our annual shoe drive is happening now through Christmas. This is an important fundraiser for our organization as we receive a monetary value per pound for all the shoes we collect. We collect men's, women's, children's - shoes, slippers, flip-flops - any type of shoes as long as they are gently worn or newer.

Shoe Drop Off Locations - shoes can only be dropped off when locations are open:
