What’s New?
BUG FIXES: Resolving reset issues and improving Wi-Fi connectivity for a smoother experience.

What to Expect:
The FURBULOUS BOX WILL AUTOMATICALLY RESTART during the update process. This includes a reset of the globe as well.

There’s NO NEED FOR ANY ACTION on your part—the update will happen silently and seamlessly.

YOUR CAT’S SAFETY is our top priority. The update will NOT HARM YOUR CAT. If your cat is inside during the update, the globe will reset automatically once the cat leaves and is undetected.

If your cat is particularly sensitive, you may wish to GUIDE THEM AWAY from the Furbulous Box during the update window.

We are aware of a user who reported a burning issue, and we are actively investigating this matter. Our team is in close contact with the user to gather order information and determine if the reported device was an engineering sample with a microchip installed. Please note that we revised and upgraded the device layout by the end of 2022, and this issue should not have occurred in any of the devices that have gone to market. We are conducting thorough inspections to address this case diligently. To address this matter, we have conducted extensive tests in our laboratory. We would like to affirm that the sealing function of the Furbulous Box is designed to operate safely under extreme conditions, including temperatures up to 208 degrees Celsius, without any risk of catching fire. It's essential to note that such extreme temperatures are highly improbable and represent worst-case scenarios. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the initial case, and we want to assure you that we are taking immediate action to closely monitor and reevaluate our lab tests to uphold the highest safety standards. Our top priorities are the safety and satisfaction of our customers, and we are committed to resolving this matter promptly.
