We are aware of a user who reported a burning issue, and we are actively investigating this matter. Our team is in close contact with the user to gather order information and determine if the reported device was an engineering sample with a microchip installed. Please note that we revised and upgraded the device layout by the end of 2022, and this issue should not have occurred in any of the devices that have gone to market. We are conducting thorough inspections to address this case diligently.
To address this matter, we have conducted extensive tests in our laboratory. We would like to affirm that the sealing function of the Furbulous Box is designed to operate safely under extreme conditions, including temperatures up to 208 degrees Celsius, without any risk of catching fire. It's essential to note that such extreme temperatures are highly improbable and represent worst-case scenarios.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the initial case, and we want to assure you that we are taking immediate action to closely monitor and reevaluate our lab tests to uphold the highest safety standards.
