So here’s the story: we’ve been putting all our energy (and budget) into things like R&D, upgrading software, servers, firmware, extending warranties, and providing top-notch user support. Basically, the stuff that makes your Furbulous Box and Cube the best they can be. 💪

But now we’re faced with a bit of a challenge—Amazon wants us to make a fancy brand video for ads and expos to fit their algorithm. This wasn’t really our thing at first! We wanted to focus on making practical videos, like how-to guides and walkthroughs for you guys. But here we are, trying to come up with a creative, cost-effective way to make a video that stands out and represents who we are.

So, we’re turning to you—our amazing community! We’d love to hear your ideas for what this brand video should look like. Something that’s us, and shows the heart behind Furbulous, but also fits within the Amazon ad system.

As a start-up, our journey began with crowdfunding and has been filled with both challenges and triumphs. We've struggled with former manufacturers and hardware suppliers, but step by step, our dedicated team rebuilt a high-standard manufacturing line. After months of hard work, we finally have stock to sell ourselves on Amazon! No worries—Furbulous will handle the update for you on May 22nd, 12:00 AM-6:00 AM EST. If you notice the device screen go blank/black during this period, please wait 15 mins and restart the Furbulous Box by unplugging and plugging it back in. Once completed, please use the auto-pack feature immediately to enjoy the latest enhancements.

We are aware of a user who reported a burning issue, and we are actively investigating this matter. Our team is in close contact with the user to gather order information and determine if the reported device was an engineering sample with a microchip installed. Please note that we revised and upgraded the device layout by the end of 2022, and this issue should not have occurred in any of the devices that have gone to market. We are conducting thorough inspections to address this case diligently. To address this matter, we have conducted extensive tests in our laboratory. We would like to affirm that the sealing function of the Furbulous Box is designed to operate safely under extreme conditions, including temperatures up to 208 degrees Celsius, without any risk of catching fire. It's essential to note that such extreme temperatures are highly improbable and represent worst-case scenarios. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the initial case, and we want to assure you that we are taking immediate action to closely monitor and reevaluate our lab tests to uphold the highest safety standards. Our top priorities are the safety and satisfaction of our customers, and we are committed to resolving this matter promptly.
