Wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. We all have so much to be grateful and thankful for. I hope you all have a nice day with family or friends or in whatever endeavor you choose on this day. I have reached the 30 year mark in my career as a practicing licensed chiropractor and it has already been 17 years now as a practicing veterinarian as well. The time has flown by so unbelievably fast. It has been a very rewarding learning process being involved in a field that has been able to help so many horses, humans, and dogs over the years. I have appreciated every person and animal that has crossed my path and I'm so grateful for all the ones that allowed me to help. There is not much better feeling than when you see them doing well. I think we can all be universally thankful that we have the special animals that we do in our lives, as well as the people who we cherish. I look forward to seeing you all and continuing down the path of creative innovation, always striving to help wherever it's needed. Wishing you all the best today and every day.

I shared this for the photo. I see this so often. It really makes the horse uncomfortable and causes many postural changes in the horse. They will remain until a better fitting saddle is used and the horse is adjusted.

Our Story

Licensed chiropractor and veterinarian offering a unique approach to improving the quality of life and level of performance of the horse by combining my years of experience in treating human patients along with my veterinary knowledge. Information about my practice can be obtained by calling or texting Trudy at my office at (908) 575-7834 or sending an email to [email protected]. My website is www.carole-edwards.com and is currently being rebuilt. Hours are by appointment, and can be scheduled by calling Trudy directly, texting, or sending an email. New patients are given priority and are usually seen within a week, and existing patients are seen in a timely fashion and are well organized using our recall system if requested. Appointments are available in central and northern New Jersey, eastern PA and southern New York state. Some special trips to other locations are arranged and 3- 4 trips during the winter months are available for my clients showing in Ocala and Wellington, FL. I have 25+ years experience and have kept busy by obtaining a four year Doctor of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa and a Veterinary degree at the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. In addition I have obtained acupuncture fellowship through IAMA (International Academy of Medical Acupuncture), CHI Institute acupuncture certification, AVCA certification, and had obtained a PA physiotherapy board after graduating Chiropractic school. This helps me provide the best service I can to my clients by being able to do a thorough evaluation and treatment using several different methods, and combining and creating new methods of treatment to help heal. I grew up in 4-H and trained for many years at Four Seasons Farm in Readington, NJ through high school, rode at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA at the Barracks, and later on several years of “vaquero” influenced natural horsemanship. I still enjoy riding my quarter horses.
