Lyle needs YOUR help! 🥺💕

Lyle A012547 is a male 2-year-old Pit Bull mix who has been here since October last year and we have no idea why. 😭💔 Lyle is a rockstar pup and a frequent Embark participant due to his great behavior! Lyle walks well on a leash and doesn’t display any signs of reactivity. Lyle’s temporary fosters have described him as a sweet and good boy who loves car rides and playing with children. 🥰 He loves treats and giving kisses! In our care, Lyle shows signs of being potty-trained—he prefers to go potty outside his kennel.

Lyle has spent so much time in our care that he is growing depressed in kennel and we just want Lyle to find the loving home he deserves. 😭💗 Help us help Lyle by sharing this post and telling your friends and family about this sweet pup! 🐶 Lyle’s adoption fee is waived and includes his neuter, vaccines, microchip, and flea/tick treatment.

Despite being only 8 lbs, she has the biggest attitude. 😂 In the year that Ky has had Miss Eloise, she has made the house become a home. 🥰 Miss Eloise is 12 years old but she still has a bunch of energy! Meet our very special girl, Ella! 🐈

Ella A014521 is a female 4-month-old Tortie kitten with a special paw. 🐾 Ella entered our care dragging her front paw. She didn’t have any other wounds or injuries to her, and our medical team believes it could be related to damaged nerves. It doesn’t affect life too much—she is still as playful as ever! 🥰 Ella has the cutest fur pattern and she loves attention and pets. She may look a little different, but she’s still deserving of love. 💗

Stop by the Fresno Animal Center and meet Ella today! Her adoption fee is waived and includes her spay, vaccines, microchip, and flea/tick treatment.

Rusty had the best time on his Embark field trip! 😍🐾

Rusty A014383 is a male 8-year-old Australian Cattle Dog mix with the sweetest personality. 💕 He went on a field trip to Starbucks and the park! 🌳 He enjoyed his pup cup so much! At the park, Rusty went for a 2-mile walk where he was so polite to people on bikes, children, and other dogs. He didn’t pull on the leash and consistently checked in with his temporary foster mom. He knows “sit” and “paw” and has the best manners. On his adventure, Rusty enjoyed stepping on crunchy leaves, sniffing trees, and receiving forehead kisses. 🥰❤

Rusty would make a great addition to a family looking for a calm-mannered pup that’s still up for adventure! His adoption fee is waived and includes his neuter, vaccines, microchip, and flea/tick treatment. 🐾

🐕 Tails from the Clinic 🐈

Welcome to our series highlighting success stories from our medical team! 🏥🐱🐶 We are so grateful for our clinical staff and our veterinarian, Dr. Krider, who guides our efforts. 🩺🐾

Pigeon A014168, pictured first, is a male 4-month-old kitten full of love! Pigeon has a unique purr that sounds just like a pigeon coo, hence his name. 🐦💕 Pigeon has a previous history that gave him some small scars, but he is still so full of love and ready to be anyone's new best friend! He entered our care with an injury to his front limb, and he is now recovering from the amputation. He is currently still being treated for some mild health conditions, but once he is all healed up, he'll be ready for a new home! 🏡❤

Chowder is a handsome gentleman who entered our care in rough conditions. 🤕 Thanks to our amazing veterinarian, Dr. Krider, Chowder recovered well! He received a leg amputation, but that didn't slow him down at all. We're happy to report that Chowder has found his forever home! 🥳🐾

You can help us help them by fostering! If you're interested in fostering medical pets, please fill out our foster survey below. ⬇

She’s royalty, she’s Dutchess! 👑

Dutchess A013585 is a female 3-year-old Doberman Pinscher mix who is full of snuggles and affection. Dutchess is a shy and sensitive girl, who takes a day or two to get to know you! Once she does, she wants nothing more than to be by your side. 💕 Cuddling is Dutchess’s favorite activity, but she will never turn down a game of fetch! This playful girl loves to carry her toys with her wherever she goes, and she would do well in either an apartment or a house. 🏡

Duchess loves being pampered like the royalty she is. 🥰 She enjoys spa treatments like her “pawdicures” and getting her ears cleaned! 🧼 She is crate-trained, potty-trained, walks well on a leash, is non-destructive, and has perfect manners — she would make an excellent first dog for a new dog owner! 😍 She is also learning cues and commands! She is shy with new guests and will retreat to a safe area, but after a while will sit politely with them on the couch. ❤ She is non-reactive, but because she is still very shy and reserved, would do best in a single-dog household.

Dutchess’s adoption fee is waived and includes spay, vaccines, microchip, and flea/tick treatment. Her foster mom is also including special goodies such as toys and her favorite pawlish! 💅 If you’re interested in meeting our sweet Dutchess, please email [email protected] 📧
