We are delighted to have our old bus back, with a new engine, ready to take care of our dogs again, who, like their parents have been very patient during this complicated period. Thank you all for your understanding. We have no more places in December and are starting to rebook appointments the second week of January. Hello everyone, we are sure that everyone welcomes this rain, with joy, after so many hot and dry months. A little joy also on our side in a difficult period since we had to cancel or postpone several past or future appointments because of the immobilization of one of our buses in the garage. Indeed 3 days after having kept it, having analyzed the possible breakdowns and having changed many supposedly defective parts, the bus has just returned to the garage on Wednesday, and now we are finally asked to change the engine. We are very angry and while we are used to praising local businesses, we will not advertise this one. Thank you all for your patience, we will do our best to reduce your waiting time as much as possible.

Hello everyone, on the eve of Halloween 🎃 and approaching Thanksgiving 🦃 we are happy to have found pretty fabrics at Joann Fabric and Craft, which will adorn the necks of our 4-legged friends ❤️ 🐶 🐩 during these festive periods. The schedule for the month of November being full, we are starting to make appointments for the month of December. Without Madeline whom we thank for these few months of collaboration and our oldest groomer Xee who will do her last two days at the beginning of November, our small but solid team, of Isabelle and Stevie, will enjoy a little break with family or friends from December 24 to 26 🎄 and then from December 31 to January 2 ⛄️ We will not be taking on any new dogs for the moment. Bane, Remy, Dale, Stella, Princess, Benji, Coco, Chomper, of course Pumpkin the French Bulldog and the Fresno pet pamper team wish you all a happy Halloween 👻 🎃

Here are some happy faces (yes Otis the English Bulldog smiles too) getting groomed or bathed this week. Bravo to our 4 scissor artists who took care of 50 dogs in Fresno, Clovis, Kerman, Madera and Fowler. Other remote towns that aren’t lucky enough to have groomers available, like Reedley or Selma, are asking us to come, and we’ll be happy to go there if there are several potential clients in need for their dogs. Hello everyone, there are only 10 days left until our rate changes which you will see on the attached flyer. We have done our best to keep our rates reasonable for our loyal customers and to welcome new customers, despite significant increases in our insurance and supply costs. Despite continued high gas prices, we are keeping mileage fees the same. Thank you all for your understanding and loyalty to Fresno Pet Pamper. Our next available appointments are the first week of October, but we welcome new requests to put them on the waiting list when happen last minute cancellations. See you all very soon

The week was hot but the weekend is nice. We hope like our cats that you enjoy your Sunday. In the meantime the two legs are making the bandanas with the new fabrics and preparing the organisation of the week to come with 44 dogs scheduled for our groomers Xee, Stevie, Madeline and Isabelle. Hello everyone, we would like to thank and highly recommend Valley Transport Refrigeration (VTR) in Fresno for quickly fixing the air conditioning in our bus. They have allowed us to keep our appointments on Monday and Tuesday and have a safe environment for our dogs.

Hello everyone, as July approaches, here are some photos of your dogs recently groomed and/or bathed by our groomers, Jolene, Prince, Karma, Sadie, Frosty, Harley, Bella, Lola, Nico, Roxie and Scout.
As you noticed Stevie is ill and will not be returning to groom for the foreseeable future as far as we know. The entire team keeps him in thoughts and prayers for a good, peaceful and complete recovery. We all miss him and we know the doggies misses him too! By waiting for his return we needed to take the necessary steps so that there is no disruption in our operations. Please find below the temporary changes to our groomers’ working days while waiting for Stevie to return.
Finally, Fresno pet pamper will be blowing out its second birthday candle 🥳 🎂at the beginning of September. We are so proud of the success of our modest business thanks to all of you and we will be happy to continue serving the Fresno’s community and a its surrounding cities. On this occasion, we are pleased to present to you attached our new flyer with our new price list, effective from September 1, 2024. Thank you all for your trust and see you all soon.

In these high temperatures our dogs, small and large, appreciate being pampered by our groomers. First a quick inspection of the body to check for possible allergies or parasites, then nail clipping, cleaning and massage in the bathtub, deep cleaning the inside of the ears, drying, haircut and Cologne to smell good. This week meet our loyal Ace, Walker, Marshall, Gus, Sadie and discover Mali, Minnie, Osso, Jax and Ova who are joining us for the first time.
Thank you Liloo who was a conscientious assistant to her mother Isabelle. The dogs loved you. 🐶 😍
