🐾 This sweet Terrier/Pitbull mix, Rosalie (11), was unfortunately dumped at our facility, but she’s nothing short of a love bug. Rosalie adores cuddles and is always ready for a treat! She’s super affectionate and loves to bond with her humans.

Rosalie seems to get along well with cats, though she sometimes gets the urge to play with them—so a little supervision may be needed.

If you’re looking for a snuggly, treat-loving companion, come meet Rosalie at our dog adoption center! 🐕 We’re open Wednesday through Friday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (We’re closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.)

🐾 Danielle (5494) is a beautiful domestic longhair who was adopted as a kitten back in 2020 and lived in her home ever since. Unfortunately, she was recently returned due to a new baby in the house. While she does well with young children, Danielle craves a lot of attention, which is something her previous family couldn’t provide.

This sweet and docile girl loves to cuddle and follow you around, and her curious nature will steal your heart. Though she’s a little shy at first, once she warms up, her true, loving personality shines through.

We are deeply grateful to all the amazing volunteers, especially our friends from Fresno T.N.R., who helped us complete the new addition to our Feral Cat Sanctuary! As well as the generosity of Art O’Brien for making all this possible. On behalf of our furry residents, we thank you for your hard work in creating a beautiful and safe environment for our ferals to explore and call home. 🏠❤️

We want to clarify that this addition is aimed at improving the quality of life for our current feral cat population only. We are not accepting any new cats from the public, and we apologize for any confusion.

Today is , a day dedicated to advocating for spaying and neutering as a vital step in saving the lives of companion animals, community cats, and street dogs. These procedures play a crucial role in preventing overpopulation and reducing the number of pets left homeless or at risk. 🐾
At Valley Animal Center, our mission is to unite dogs and cats with loving people, and one of the ways we do that is by helping prepare animals for adoption. As a leading resource in our community, we work closely with fellow shelters and rescues, providing spay and neuter surgeries to give more pets the chance to find their forever homes. Last year alone, we performed 2,574 spay/neuter surgeries, ensuring these animals had the best possible start to their next chapter. 💙
While our clinic does not currently offer spay/neuter services to the public, we remain strong advocates for responsible pet ownership and encourage pet owners to have their animals fixed. To help, we’ve compiled a list of other organizations offering these services:
