A huge congratulations to Ransom and his new owner. He’s an awesome yearling and it has been such a pleasure to have the opportunity to work with him. It’s been a long journey to get him on a good path. His new owner is looking forward to making him part of the family.

Titan is a four year old BLM gelding from the Red Rock HMA in Nevada. He stands at 14.1 hands. Titan is a well rounded youngster, he’s goes English or western, jumps, goes out on trail alone, has been camping and has a ton of experience with obstacles. He has a beautiful movement and a great mind, a true all around prospect. Titan has had extensive ground work, he stands tied even for the farrier, has been hauled off property many times and is the same as he is at home. The ideal placement for Titan would be a confident intermediate or advanced rider who can continue to develop this nice young horse. Titan- My sweet boy has been my a personal mustang for the last two and half years, which makes creating a sales ad for him all the more difficult. Life is taking me in a new direction and I’ve decided to see if anyone may be interested in him. Houdini is looking for his forever home! This golden palomino Azteca gelding is very well broke. He is 15.1 and 11 years old. Goes out on trail and great in the arena. I can see him being a successful family horse. Big enough to carry a man down the trail, a nice mover to go english if you wanted, and broke that a young rider could be successful. Ransom is officially looking for his forever home. He is a grade red dun yearling gelding (DOB 6/01/22). He is approximately 12 hands and string tests to 15 hands. He is easy to catch from the pasture, leads great, stands tied for the farrier, has been hauled off the property and worked on obstacles. He is a really cool c**t with tons of potential. Ransom is up to date on farrier work, vaccinations, deworming and he was recently castrated. Located in Fresno CA.

Ryker is all settled in at his new home, congratulations to his new owner! He found a lovely home where he will learn and eventually teach kids within a lesson program. I am thrilled for this opportunity for him and his chance to go out into the world to be an advocate for all mustangs! What more could we ask for!

Baby boy has officially been promoted from a c**t to a gelding! Life on a gelding is much easier than the life of a stallion. Once he recovers and is feeling himself again he will officially be on the hunt for his forever home. Feel free to reach out if you may be interested in him. I am so proud of this guy, Ryker had his first outing on trail and he did wonderful! Thank you Suzanne for letting us tag along! Gorgeous is an understatement. Photos just don’t do this sweet filly justice, she is absolutely stunning! This beautiful lady hails from Fox Hog HMA and has been here for a few weeks for training to focus on respect. Youngsters can be challenging, especially those that are incredibly intelligent like Shasta. She picks things up quickly and gets bored just as fast. She keeps me on my toes but I don’t mind, I don’t want to take my eyes off her anyway! A huge welcome to Shasta!!

First rides don’t have to be eventful, In fact we prefer them to be anything but! Hours and hours of prep work goes into a smooth first ride and that still may not even guarantee one. Everyone has a different way of starting a horse under saddle. Our preference around here is slow and smooth, there is absolutely no need to push a young horse resulting in a bad a bad experience. The first ride is 100% of their experience under saddle, prep work is key to stepping off on a good foot and setting these youngsters up for a lifetime of success!

Well the wait is finally over! Seven finally decided to release the hostage, A beautiful little pinto c**t. I’ve been jokingly calling him little #8. A HUGE congratulations to Seven and his amazing owner! He’s a stunning c**t.

Comet joined us in early January to be gentled. He has been doing great and progressing so quickly. His owner did a wonderful job of exposure with him, it’s really made my job that much easier. He truly ticks all the boxes; the sweetest personality, pony type, and all the flash you could ask for. Comet with be sticking around for another month to start some saddle work.

He’s is the most gentle of giants. This sweet guy has been such a pleasure to work with! I’m so excited to see how he continues to progress at home with his lovely owner. Both ransom and I will miss having him in the barn.

A few years ago I created this page to help place a few TIP mustangs, little did I know that this year I’d be making the move to pursue Amber Ranch as a full time position. I have quite a few exciting things coming together, including some facility improvements to increase the number of stalls available for TIP and private training horses. I am so excited to share with you all as things progress! In the meantime I am getting some updates together on our current training horses and welcoming in some new faces. As always I appreciate all the support of our followers! I am seriously looking forward to 2023!

This sweet guy is doing so well in training. We’ve been working hard to help him overcome being headshy and get him confortable with being haltered. He improves more and more everyday!

30 days feels like 5 minutes sometimes! We are very proud of how much Winston developed in such a short amount of time. I think the look on his face says it all. From a trim, worming, vet appointment, vaccinations and daily coat care I feel like we were able to get this guy tracking out on the right foot.

I hate to see them leave but love to watch them go home and thrive with their owners. It’s been a pleasure to work with Sweet and see her kind temperament develop. Her headshy default presented some challenges but we both learned so much in working together. She’s a lovely filly!

I can’t believe how much this c**t has changed. I’m so thrilled to welcome Ryker back into the herd. I just simply could not pass up the opportunity to work with him again. for those that are new to the page Ryker was my very first mustang and first attempt at a feral horse. He came to me as perhaps the ugliest weanling I had ever seen, but he was perfect to me. We placed in our division for the TIP challenge and when he was old enough I started him under saddle. I then placed him with a good home so when he came up for grabs I jumped at the chance. Him and I have to get reacquainted but I’m looking forward to getting him back under saddle. Once I feel he is ready we will be looking for the perfect home for him. Stay tuned and welcome home buddy!

I’d like to welcome Bobo in for training! He will be joining us for gentling. From stinking water HMA he is built like a tank and a total sweetheart. He was so patient with me to get his halter off, such a good boy.
