Happy holiday season, everyone! 🎁⛄️ We'd like to invite our barn community out for a white elephant gift exhange and outdoor movie night on Friday, December 13th from 7:00pm-10:00pm! Bundle up and bring a wrapped gift under $15, friends, and folding chairs or towels to sit on for movie spectating! We'll be serving hot chocolate with marshmallows and popcorn! Please RSVP via Facebook, call us, or let one of our trainers know you're coming. Gotta make sure we have plenty of hot cocoa 😉
In the event of inclement weather, we'll be in the covered arena or in one of the barns. Come rain, sleet, snow, or shine, we'll get to watch together!

We had such a blast at our Halloween party and costume contest, thank you to all who attended and made the evening so wonderful and memorable! It’s with a heavy heart we want to let you all know we lost a very beloved lesson horse yesterday. Jules was a barn favorite, and she will be greatly missed by the entire barn family. We welcome you to share any of your pictures, videos, and favorite memories of her, she was the first love of many riders and her memory will live on in all of the students she’s taught to ride ♥️

It’s that time of year again! IEA is starting back up, and we will be having our Southern Breeze IEA Team INTEREST MEETING this Saturday, August 10th at 1:00pm in our lounge. Current SBEC student riders from 4th-12th grade are eligible, and we’d love to see as many smiling faces there as possible!

No obligation to join, this meeting is for people to come check it out and learn about the team, what meetings are like, what the shows entail, and how much fun you’ll get to have! Sign ups, scheduling, and financial commitment info will be available at the meeting.

As the summer begins drawing to a close, we want to thank all the students who came out to ride with us in all of our summer camp sessions! Y’all make summers fun! ☀️

Session #3 finished after a battle of storm postponements and week-long rains, but that didn’t stop any of the campers from having a great time! The kids helped with storm cleanup, made and handed out pony popsicles for all the horses in the heat, learned about grooming and tacking and anatomy and care, rode through the storms, played lots of mounted games (like the all-time favorite of musical buckets), rode ba****ck and backwards, pelted each other with water balloons, and just had a blast! 😎🌧️

Percy’s wondering, are you ready for the storm?? As we make preparations for Hurricane Beryl, we hope each and every one of you are staying safe and prepared for anything the gulf throws our way!

We will be cancelling lessons tomorrow and postponing our final summer camp session by a day in an effort to keep everyone safe and sound. See y’all after the storm! ⛈️🌪️
