Thanks to an amazing Animal Inn team the dogs and cats at the Inn spent a fun safe July 4th playing, swimming, watching sheep and chickens, eating treats and discussing dog/cat issues . This morning they are safe, rested and happy as they enjoyed calming music, pheromone sprays,Bach Flower Rescue Remedy and veterinary supervision overnight . Three Barks for Connor, Kaila, Skyler and Larissa!🐶🐶🐶😺😺😺

Mr Carls Jr would like everyone to know Animal Inn has cold weather protocols in place. The heating system is great and the generator is ready if needed. Warm cuddles and care are abundant. Accommodations for pets are available here if you need to travel or if you lose heat or water.

All were comfy at the Animal Inn last night. We provide special attention and service for our guests on July 4th. Relaxing music, relaxing pheromone sprays and Bach Flower Remedies kept our friends happy. They also received observation by a licensed veterinarian multiple times during the day and night. This morning all were refreshed from a good night’s sleep.

We are adding to our amazing Animal Inn and Wellness Center Team! Come sit, stay and play! Applicants must be in good physical shape and able to lift 40 lbs. Applicants must have a kind heart, a good work ethic, no fear of 'ruff' work and be at least 16 years of age. Customer service skills, telephone skills and minor computer skills are also needed. Snow fun at the Animal Inn this week! Yes the power is currently out but we have a generator and lanterns. Our heating system rocks so all our guests are comfy. We have done this rodeo before. No worries pet families😊

Thank you for a fun Thanksgiving Week! Our team of Yesi, Connor, Kaila, Sage and Priscila enjoyed fluffing blankies and entertaining our guests. We even got some snow time! We are also thankful for a good heating system.

Beating the heat at Animal Inn! I thought you may enjoy tips for dog safety on hot days. Fans, water, pools and ice are essential. Gentle misting of the dogs and kennels makes them feel like they are at an amusement park.We have frozen banana slices and peanut butter balls for treat times.Icing the water multiple times a day seems to be enjoyed. We get exercise done early and avoid exertion of senior or heavy coated dogs.Share your ideas and of course we are all past leaving dogs in hot cars aren’t we?

Jerky treats: Are they safe?

I also suggest to avoid all jerky treats. There are loopholes in trade laws that allow chicken from USA to be processed in China and returned to be sold as made in USA.Pretty bizarre.
