The animals that come into our program are placed in foster homes or boarding, given time to decompress and receive proper medical treatment, then they are posted for adoption in northern states for families like you to adopt!

Jennifer Gimon started BCP Veterinary Pharmacy in 1995 to marry her love for pharmacy and animals, making her career one that wouldn’t just feel like a job. Her passion for animals began when she was very young, and as her company grew, she wanted to make sure that all animals could receive affordable and palatable medication.

BCP first learned about Three Little Pitties through an email that expressed a downturn as an after effect from Covid, and quickly wanted to step in, in more ways than one. BCP loves the great work that Three Little Pitties does and the amazing impact it has on the community and each animal it touches. BCP is not only a corporate sponsor, but they also provide discounted medications that are compounded specifically for Three Little Pitties and their rescues.

💔🥺 Meet Zera Rose, a 16-week-old puppy we rescued this weekend from an overcrowded shelter unequipped to treat her severe case of scabies and worm infestation. Our clinic director has never seen such a severe pot belly, filled with worms, which if not treated right away can stunt her growth and cause serious digestive issues.

Zera Rose is also suffering from a severe case of scabies, causing intense itchiness, red and crusty skin, and significant hair loss. Dogs with scabies experience extreme allergic reactions to the mites, affecting their ears, elbows, and ankles, and often spreading to other parts of the body. Despite her condition, an amazing foster stepped up after a follower shared her story with us.

Zera Rose’s journey to health and happiness starts here, but she needs your help. Your donations will provide the medical care she desperately needs to recover from scabies and worm infestation, allowing her to grow into a healthy, happy dog. We are in awe of The Empty Shelter Project-Texas and thrilled that some of our team could volunteer their skills as caregivers and vet techs. This weekend, 350 volunteers, 27 veterinarians, and 60 vet techs came together to spay/neuter over 600 owned pets in Splendora and New Caney.

The veterinarians at The Empty Shelter Project are exceptional! They are experienced, high-volume spay/neuter specialists who traveled from across the country to be here.

Our team was proud to contribute as volunteers in the dog recovery areas, working alongside students earning hours toward their vet assistant certifications.

Introducing adoptable Fiona Princess, the all-black cat with a heart of gold and a knack for making small dogs her BFFs while cautiously eyeing big dogs like they owe her money. Born and raised tough outdoors, she’s now embracing the indoor life, where her favorite hobby is perfecting the art of lounging like a pro couch potato.

Fiona Princess adores kids and loves to socialize with humans—just make sure to introduce her to other cats at a snail’s pace (we’re talking slower than molasses in January). Picture her sleek black fur and charming personality winning you over as she lounges on your couch, occasionally caught licking her lips in contemplation of her next treat conquest.

This happy-go-lucky boy is on a quest to find a family he can greet with the most enthusiastic wiggle butt ever seen. Axel brings so much joy that you can’t help but smile and laugh as he shakes his b***y around! He’s friendly, lovable, and the perfect addition to any family.

We think Axel might be a Greyhound/Weimaraner/Lab mix, but we just call him our Texas Special—the best kind of dog! At nearly a year old and 45 pounds, Axel’s full of energy and loves playing with toys and other dogs. He’s vocal, too, using his big bark to express himself.

April is gentle with children, loves other dogs, and snuggling on the couch.

At 2 years old and 27 pounds, she might be a pittie mix, but we call her our Texas Special. Fostered in Houston, Texas with children and other dogs, April is a dream! She loves toys, playtime, and sharing with her dog friends.

April is shy at first but becomes the sweetest love sponge once comfortable. Despite losing a leg, being a tripod doesn’t slow her down! She zooms around happily.

April needs a family to help her build confidence and show her the world isn’t scary. She’s crate trained, working on potty training, and loves treats. April is nervous in new places, but enjoys car rides for a pup cup or treat.

That feeling you get when you’re saved! 🥹

At a whopping 20 lbs, newcomer Daisy Day is the pint-sized pooch you can carry just about anywhere (TSA-approved, couch potato certified).

Daisy Day is like a walking, tail-wagging happiness factory. At 1 year old, she’s over her puppy shenanigans but still all about playtime and snuggles. Her breed? A mix of pittie with a sprinkle of maybe-Jack Russell - the DNA results will be a surprise, like a mini Christmas morning!

Toys are her jam, she walks great on a leash once she gets over the initial excitement (who wouldn’t?), and she’s a yard-running champ. Daisy’s house and crate trained, and she’s even mastering the art of doggy diplomacy with her fellow canines. Plus, she’s cool with cats who know what’s what.

🆘 Watch Sadie's heartbreaking video to see the urgency of her situation. This poor puppy is in extreme pain with broken ribs, severe injuries, and a heavy hookworm infestation. Covered in ticks and fleas, Sadie was screaming in pain when we found her, and she needed immediate ER care.

Sadie's medical expenses are overwhelming, with $1,200 spent last night alone. Any donation, no matter how small, will make a huge difference for her recovery.

In Houston alone, there are hundreds, if not thousands, of homeless puppies on the streets. By spaying and neutering our pets, we can prevent the unnecessary trauma and death of these innocent animals. Volunteering, advocating, and spreading awareness are crucial steps we can all take to make a difference.

🆘 We urgently need your help to save Sadie, a sweet puppy in extreme pain. She has broken ribs, severe injuries, and a heavy hookworm infestation. Attacked and neglected, Sadie was covered in ticks and fleas, screaming in pain when we found her. She required immediate ER care.

The cost for her hospitalization, X-rays, bloodwork, and other treatments was around $1,200 last night alone. We’re reaching out to ask for your support to cover even a portion of these expenses. Any donation, no matter how small, will make a huge difference for Sadie.
