As soon as their paw touches your hand, open your hand and give them the treat along with praise.

As they follow the treat, their body will stretch forward, creating a crawling motion.
Say "Crawl" and reward them with the treat and praise.
Repeat the process, gradually using the verbal command earlier in the sequence and rewarding them for performing the crawl.
