There were two dogs being checked in by their owner at Denver (cargo to London) at the same time as us today. One of their 2 were denied due to crate size. Very big company stickers on their fresh new crates. When we left, the denied dog was already loaded back into the owner van. DIY saves a lot of money, until it doesn’t. We don’t know if dog number 2 was allowed to fly, we suspect not. But the owner was there alone to deal with the “what now” situation. Measurements matter, accurate measurements matter even more and bigger is better. We hope they all made the flight!
