We do require rabies vaccination records. Also we request that you let us know if your dog has any specific allergies, health issues, or sensitive spots we should know about. (please let us know, if you pet has any history of aggression.) Our appointment policy
Customers that do not honor the appointment are sub
ject to our policy. We have the right to refuse appointments from customers who have not shown up for their appointments for 2 or more times within a year. If the customer shows consistent history of missing their appointments, their number will be blocked to allow other customers space during that time.
