A Message from Dr. McCarty:

"Welcome to the Millersburg Veterinary Hospital page, and welcome to the Millersburg Veterinary Hospital! My staff and I are dedicated to providing the best care possible for your pet in a family-friendly environment. I graduated from the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine in 1983 and came to Millersburg in 1984, practicing out of my home. I

n 2004 the practice was moved to the newly remodeled historic school house located just north of Millersburg on Route J. Some of my clients attended school here, and can even point to where their desks used to be. Millersburg Veterinary Hospital is a full service facility, offering wellness programs, diagnostics, surgery, radiology, dental care, hospitalization and referrals. I welcome your inquiries and invite you to stop in and say "Hi!"

My name is Susan McCarty, the veterinarian at Millersburg Veterinary Hospital.

I love animals and have built my practice around the philosophy of care, attention, and compassion for pets and their people. Building strong personal relationships with my clients is important to me. Many clients are second and third generation patrons.

Millersburg Veterinary Hospital is my creation. This community has nurtured my practice and watched it grow, drawing people in from Columbia, Fulton, Jefferson City and surrounding areas.

I have been part of the Millersburg community for nearly 40 years. I am proud of my service and belonging in this community.
