Our crew had a great time at Dressage in the Park this past weekend! We did our best to stay cool despite the toasty temperatures. Patti and Cassidy put on a lovely show!
Some highlights…
Megan brought her Faberge to their second recognized dressage show together to win their class on Saturday with a 70% and earn 2 second level scores towards her bronze medal!
Leigh and Monty continued to gain confidence in their freestyle with a second place finish and a 71% They also won their second level test 3 class with a 64% Saturday.
Anita and Groot brought their A game by Sunday to another blue ribbon and 64% finish at second level test 2, qualifying them for BLM finals.
Anita also piloted Lauren Hubert’s Rendezvous Saturday to a second place finish at third level earning her a score towards her bronze! Sunday Lauren rode Rendevous to a Third level test 1 win as well!
Wellie proved our hard work this winter has paid off winning both his Intermediate 2 classes with 64 and 66% the highlight was scoring an 8 on his piaffe!
So thankful for our supportive barn family and all our tall dark and handsome geldings 🧡

Great weekend at Rosinburg Events Raleigh Winter Dressage.
It was a weekend of firsts for our crew and they outdid themselves.
Anita debuted her Groot at Second Level to impress with a 66% and a second place finish Saturday and a 66% Sunday as well.
Anna Garrel took Barbara Clarke’s Albert down centerline at her first ever dressage show to earn 2 scores towards her bronze at third level with a 62% and 61% with a first and second place finish.
Barbara Clarke took her Lenny this weekend to their first show together. He impressed us with how well he handled his first show in the US! They earned a 63% and a second place finish in their third level class Saturday.
So proud of everyone, looking forward to a wonderful show year.

Super weekend at the Harvest Moon Dressage Show and NCDCTA championships!
I’m so proud of our crew for putting in beautiful tests and showing huge improvement from the beginning of the year!
Allison Sandifer and “Bacon” earned third place in the AA Third Level Championships!
Leigh Haase and Monty came in fifth in their Second level championship class and they were Reserve Champions in the AA First level championships by .1%!
Allison Hackett-Dorn and Sudan “Fabio” placed sixth in the AA Second level finals and overcame the scary arena to show a soft and supple test.
Lauren Hubert and her Rendevous won the PSG Friday and placed second Saturday with a 63.9%
Nicole Thomas and Big B won a competitive AA Training level Championship with an average score of over 70%!
My Wellieman made me proud winning the Open Grand Prix championship this weekend 🧡
This team makes showing so much fun and I love every single one of you guys! Thank you for entrusting me with your wonderful horses and your education!

Great first day at the USDF Region 1 finals at the Virginia Horse Center. Leigh and Monty placed 8th out of 53 competitors in their First level finals class missing a wild card score by less than a point.
Allison and Sudan placed 4th in their Second level Freestyle class with one of their best rides yet.
Nicole and Baroque had a great ride in their practice class scoring a 68%
Overall I couldn’t be more pleased with how perfectly behaved the horses (especially the babies) in a big championship environment 🧡

But the crew had a great time at NCDCTA’s Autumn Leaves dressage show at CHP. The weather was perfect and the horses were fabulous 🧡
