I have been trying to switch my service FROM Spectrum since May 4th. One issue after another and now they have locked down my business phone . There is no money owed and the technicians can't figure out how to unlock it. I am so sorry for the inconvenience, and I hope to have this issue settled soon. Messenger will work

Hours are going to temporarily change. My mother has stage 4 small cell cancer. She has fought for four years. She is in hospice care and still at home. I will be closing at 2:30 on weekdays until further notice. I have to get to my mom to releive the home health care worker and wait until my sister gets off work. The worker is an expense being paid out of pocket because insurance does not cover it. This is the only way we can keep her home and keep our jobs. Thank you so much for your understanding. I will be rescheduling the afternoon appointments already made.
