No guarantee on color, some may have the fading gene, some may have the roan (ticking gene)

Deposit agreement $500 nonrefundable deposit holds puppy of your choice until 8-10 weeks of age, if puppy is not picked up by 10 weeks of age without arrangements made I have the right to sell the puppy to someone else.

Sales agreement: limited registration means you have zero breeding rights to the dog and dog should be spayed or neutered between 6-9 months of age (unless allowed before by vet)
Breeding rights with full AKC registration is $500 more unless previously discussed to approved breeders only!

I hope this clears things up for buyers. I will always prefer pet homes.

This little patch eye female is back available, due to no fault of her own buyer backed out on sending a deposit last minute, because they found a cheaper puppy. She is ready to go March 28th will see vet March 23rd for vaccinations and final deworming. She has a very small patch of ticking between her shoulders and will stay mostly white. $1800 limited registration pet price. $2250 for full breeding rights.
