Don't you just LOVE when you can see the difference in your pet after dental surgery? Thanks for the update, Jamie!

Hi everyone! Well, it's been 12 days since Red has his dental surgery, and I must tell you that everyone who contributed to his surgery made all the difference for this wonderful boy. He has had a sometimes difficult recovery, but he is now healthy and happy, and enjoying his life 100%. The reason that this picture is a little blurry is because he is so active now, he barely sits still! The difference in this cat is a miracle. Thank you so much to everyone who made this possible, and Dr. Stanley, Melissa, and everyone at Community Care Vet Specialists. 💖

We have some very devoted fans of this page, and we cannot possibly convey how much that means to a new business! We love taking care of all the pets we can!! Today, we are asking for some extra help from our fans. 'Best of 352' is one of the social media promos that help businesses get recognition through online nominations. The purpose is to 'help recognize outstanding establishments and professionals in the Central Florida area.' To our surprise, our business was nominated, and made the cut in the SERVICES category, along with 40 other wonderful veterinarians in area code 352. (YAY!). Other locals businesses were nominated in different categories, such as Satchel's Pizza and Lebowskis Pup Pub . Today is a day that we can to honor the great Martin Luther King, Jr.

It seems hard to believe that It's only been 70 years since the Supreme Court ruled racial segregation in public schools as unconstitutional. And, it's been 60 years since MLK Jr. was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. While the Nobel lecture he gave in 1964 included the topic of racism, you don't often hear that it also discussed the global effects of poverty and war.

Meet Odin! He is a 2 year old Boxer that was referred to our hospital by for dental services to keep him healthy. Dr. Stanley and our staff took very good care of him. He was such a good boy!

Meet Finn! He is a 9 year old Cocker Spaniel Mix that was referred to our hospital by Dr. Sammy at Tobias Veterinary Services because of a lipoma (AKA a benign noncancerous tumor). We are happy to report that the lipoma was successfully removed by Dr. Stanley, and Finn is good as gold! Just look at this little man....
