🧴💄 Ulta Beauty — We Deserve Better. 💄🧴
Hey ladies, I have to speak up — has anyone else noticed Ulta promising more reward points than they actually honor?
I downloaded the Ulta app and jumped on a promo that promised 5xbonus points for members only— you know, the kind that makes you feel good about treating yourself. But when it came time to cash in? The points didn’t match the promise. And when I reached out to customer service… whew. I didn’t expect to be treated like I was the problem.
It felt like they were talking down to me — like I was just some girl who didn’t understand how numbers work. I was clear, respectful, and even had screenshots to back up my claim. Still, I got the same gaslighting response over and over, even from a supervisor. It was like they were more interested in dismissing me than actually helping.
It got to the point where I genuinely felt like I needed a lawyer just to be taken seriously. All because I asked a valid question and expected a fair answer. 💁♀️
This isn’t just about the points. It’s about how we’re treated when we dare to advocate for ourselves. So now I’m wondering — how many other women out there have had the same experience?
