I love this !!! Who wouldn’t want their new family member to be delivered by Santa and his Elves !!

From December 21st to December 24th, we invite you to visit our shelter and adopt one of our animals. If the chosen pet is eligible for release, meaning it has been spayed or neutered, Santa Paw and his elves will deliver your new furry companion to your home on Christmas morning. Please note that all standard adoption procedures apply.

Delivery is limited to residents of Prince William County, the City of Manassas, or Manassas Park. Qualifying animals for delivery include dogs, cats, rabbits, and guinea pigs. Middleburg Humane has a secret Santa who pledged to cover the adoption fees for alll animals every day for 12 days. We call it the twelve days before Christmas campaign. That means up to 144 animals have a chance to go home. Jingle Bells all the way! Let’s go! Middleburg Humane Foundation is open for your visit Monday through Saturday, 10-5. We’ll make sure you find a friend who will bless your life and make you whole. No need to slide down our chimney; we don’t have a chimney—our front doors work just fine. Come over. Our first Christmas Vacation job started yesterday with this precious gift . She smells like fresh dryer sheets from her bath and likes to watch Bluey on Tv. We have Chloe for 13 days so she will be getting lots of love from us .

I had the privilege of having this sweet girl at my house this week. I’ve been boarding and walking Chloe for 8 years now . She was my snuggle buddy at night and kept Loki and Prim company during the days when I was working . Until next time sweet Chloe !!

Puppy alert !!! Meet Mabel . Kamp Kimmy’s newest and youngest client . At 11 weeks old, her size is already quite impressive . She is a Great Pyrenees so the growing is not going to stop anytime soon. She is pure FLOOF 😄

I haven’t been great at posting lately because we’ve been busy !! Tis the season for lots of new clients and treasured clients we’ve had . I feel like we went from Halloween right into Christmas overnight .

Welcome Pongo to Kamp Kimmy. His steel blue eyes had me at hello . What a sweet dog Pongo is as well . Easy going and handsome is such a great mix .

What a week with Cooper. I almost teared up on my last visit knowing that he wouldn’t be my wake up call in the mornings, or my mid day break during the days . He’s wonderful and loving like a typical Golden but reminds me quite a bit of my Bree that has been gone for 2 years now . I think Santa needs to step his game up this year with a Golden at my door step !!

Jax got to hang out at Kamp Kimmy all week this week . He and Loki are best buds so it was a real treat to have him . We didn’t sit around either . Each day we had “excursions “. Our excursions this week consisted of a 4 mile walk at the Manassas Battlefields , walking the trails at Silver Lake , walks in our neighborhood , backyard fun and inside playtime !! It was a great week .

Welcome Willow to Kamp Kimmy. She is almost the size of my shoe at 13 weeks old . She makes me grit my teeth with her darlingness and I want to take her home !!

Welcome Riley , Rocky and Meow Meow to Kamp Kimmy . This is such a fun job for us . These two pups have us laughing at every visit with their personalities . I currently have more pictures on my camera roll of these two than my dog . And Meow Meow is a Cat Dog . Her former residence was a college fraternity so she is not shy at all.

The face of the day . Cash is an American Bulldog and weighs about 160 lbs. After a long day of walks with him being my last one , he rested his head on my lap with that face . The face that tells me how happy he is and thankful that I’m over . I adore him .
