I am working long hours 7 days a week to get orders out.

In an effort of transparency we are fully booked until October. Any drops coming in now will not start processing until then. Same deal for barns whom did not pre-book.

***Remeber we are open year round. If you want to hold those sheets and bring later we are happy to service.

Happy HOT August!

We are at capicty and fully booked through September. Any drops coming in this month and September will be processed in October.

Remeber we are open year round so if you need to hold back sheets we can wash them when your horses are in mediums, etc.

Snuggy Hoods sweet itch rug customization. Added a liner to inner tail flap to deter poo from clinging on the rugs knit weave.

We have had a few of these rugs come into the shop this year.

Rambo turnout capture assembly conversion from the manufacturer standard velcro closures.

Customer wanted snaps for ease of attaching/ detatching and to deter pature mates from ripping the velcro off.

Velcro assemblies replaced with custom made snap/web assembly on the neck and loops added to the turnout.

This is a sheet that was placed in a bag while wet. The lining shown is actually black but hard to tell from the extreme mold growth.

Mold breaks down your blanket material. Please be kind to your blankets and to US by placing only dry dirty blankets in bags.

Mold smell is hard to get out and sometimes lingers after washing.

We are swamped with orders and currently at storage capacity.

Please be patient with turn around times. The weather has put us behind as we have limited indoor drying space.

We revamped the drop and pickup area. Small changes as we work out needs, space, etc. More signage to come.

PICKUP - Shelving will be reserved for cleaned blankets to be picked up.

DROP OFFS - Please place all drop off into the 2 black carts parked in the area.

Update on a previous post...

My powerhouse washers: Wilma and Betty, (doesn't everyone name their washing machines? LOL!) extracted this caked on mess.

LOOK at the end result. WOW!

These commercial washers are key to clean blankets.

Some horses are over achievers... impressive work here.
Record size dung ball. Had to literally hammer them off. LOL!

This isn't always a glamorous occupation but sure is satisfying to see the end results.

The Rambo Supreme turnouts are like body armor. The ballistic material traps ground in dirt. They are hard to get clean without extended or double washing. As such we reserve the right to add $5 per blanket for additional time and materials to get these clean to our satisfaction.

Repair and damage control season is here! As a policy reminder all blankets/items must be clean to our standards for any repairs. We are happy to launder here. Dirt, bacteria, fungus, fecal matter, dander, hair, hay, shavings, mold and fine silt can cross contaminate onto clean finish workspaces, other customer items and on me. Additionally it can gum up our commercial sewing machines resulting in time down and costly repairs Thank you!

Random quality check on our waterproof treatment

Take a look at the video: This cycle is for a clear water rinse (no added wash) of a blanket we had not serviced previously. It had been washed with a home grade machine, and we assuming an off the shelf detergent due to the perfumed smell. Note all the soap left in the blanket - Wow! The excess soap would have contact with your horse. There really is no substitute for professional cleaning in our commercial washers that spin out at 200+G force (literally bolted and concreted to the floor) and wash specifically for technical fabrics in horse blankets.
