Great Dogs and Puppies 💕😍

We got the best surprise very early this morning when Ruby delivered 10 gorgeous puppies between midnight and 5:00 this morning! 6 male and 4 female puppies all seem to be doing very well and mom is resting quietly.
In helping to identify this group, we have done just like their daddy, Charlie, and named them after the phonetic alphabet. These are listed in order of birth number.
💛Gold- Alpha (male)
🖤Black- Bravo (female)
💚Green- Lima (male)
🧡Orange- Oscar (male)
🩷Pink- Juliet (female)
🩵Turquoise- Tango (male)
🩶Grey- Zulu (male)
🤎Brown- Whiskey (female)
🤍White- Kilo (male)
💜Purple- Delta (female)

When changing bedding, we pile the pups up in a cozy bin to wait. Within 20 seconds they are all sound asleep. It’s the cutest thing 😍

This is little “Nicola”. We all call her Nickie for short 😊 She was the second last puppy to be born and is the tiniest one in the litter. Don’t be fooled by her size though! Nickie is a vigorous feeder and was the first one to double her birth weight at day 5. We usually like to see them double by days 7-10, so this little pup is surpassing our expectations!

Announcing Maple’s very first litter of six beautiful puppies, Two males and four females. All born healthy, feeding well, and gaining weight. Maple is an amazing first time mom, just as we expected. Stay tuned for puppy introductions in the coming days!

You can barely tell in this picture, but Maple is expecting around 5-6 puppies any day now! This is her very first litter.
