Played with pastels today! They take patience. So easy to smear... When I doodle, it's always eyes. Eyes are fascinating to me! :) the best part if drawing a portrait is the eyes and if you don't capture them, you may as well throw the whole thing out!!

I've been kind of on hold since having my son Hezekiah, but I'm currently working on a portrait of him. If you know of anyone who recently had a baby, a portrait would be a great gift!! Colored pencil is available too!
