Everyday, even when she is sleeping, She will wake up with cat toys everyday...💗
Sometimes even the ones on a 3ft stick. Or even a popsicle stick and wrapper i accidentally left on the counter 💗🐈😅

😥 Drake and Chaos were seized by Animal Control due to Animal Cruelty on 1/19/19. Owner received a couple tickets for $75.00 in March, 2019..
According to state law Animal Cruelty conviction is punishable for 1st Offense by a Class A Misdemeanor. 2nd Offense is a Class 4 Felony.
Yet according to FOIA request. RECEIVED A COUPLE TICKETS FOR THIS CRUELTY!! 👮♂️👮♀️
IN ADDITION. THIS OWNER NOW HAS ANOTHER DOG.
The Owner has records going back to 2009..
Too many animals in 2009. Several citations and previous arrest has occurred due to too many animals, odor, dog fights in home. Animals euthanized!!!
More recently there were 3 dogs 1 of which died. Animal control confiscated Drake and Chaos after finding them starving, locked in a basement.. Basement door duct taped to prevent to odor from coming upstairs. The animals were so starved that when fed in front of officers they vomited from eating so fast and then ate their own vomit.
This man was simply given tickets by our states attorney.
In addition he now has yet another dog!!! WE AS A COMMUNITY FEAR FOR ITS SAFETY... 🆘️🆘️
MR STATES ATTORNEY JOHN PEPMEYER.... WHY I ASK? WHO I ASK? WHY DID OUR STATES ATTORNEY NOT PROPERLY PROSECUTE THIS CRIME. WHY DO WE CONTINUE TO ALLOW THIS TYPE OF CRUELTY AND NEGLECT TO OCCUR IN OUR CITY? WHY DOES IT TAKE NEWS COVERAGE AND PUBLIC OUTCRY FOR YOU TO ADDRESS ANIMAL CRUELTY IN OUR CITY?

From Shelter Staff: Jazzara (Zara) is a pretty young girl. Unfortunately she was owner surrendered due to not being able to care for her.
🐕She is such a sweet, and gentle girl. She can be slightly shy at first, but she warms up rather quickly. Jazzara has it all... Beauty, brains, an amazing personality.... All she's missing is a home to call her own!
