Farm and pet sitting looks different for everybody. I recently had the opportunity to visit a farm animal santuary in Northern Wi! Soulspace Farm Sanctuary
I snuggled with my first highland cow, met pigs the size of mini horses, played with goats, Jerusalem donkeys, sheep, horses, peafowl, bunnies, and many other animals! They all had unique stories for how they got there: surrendered, found, wandering onto the sanctuary, even a pig that had escaped from a semi on the way to slaughter!
Everything is run by volunteers and donations!

As a pet sitter, one of the highest honors given to me is to be trusted with caring for a young pet. Their minds are little sponges soaking up everything they learn good AND bad habits! I spent 2 weeks with this 12 week mini-Aussie over the holidays and was able to expose him to events like car rides in his crate, meeting new people, new dogs, a cat, and dog doors! We sent pictures and videos to his family daily so they didn't miss out on any of his "firsts" and saw him develop daily! Let us know how we can help you!

Learning about new breeds and their personalities is always fun!
Recently I spent time with these beautiful Porcelain hound puppies and saw how athletic they are one minute (jumping over gates in a single bound 😉) and absolutely sweet the next (climbing on top of me to snuggle or putting themselves down for a nap). The GSP have energy on top of energy and just love to work! There aren't enough hours in the day for this guy to fetch, train or just RUN. He is so SMART!
I can't wait to see them all again 🥰😍

What a blast I had this week taking care of 2 corgis (a breed of their own 😉) a sweet little whirly dervish mini Aussie, a phantom kitty and the hilarious rescue crew in the paddock that kept me laughing. I even snuck in a visit to Wisconsins largest talking cow because... why not?!
